Amazing hotel! friendly manager! balcony room is worth it! The view is superb! Would stay again if I visit again!

很差的一次體驗！這家歸為民宿都不夠資格，怎麼能歸為酒店？一晚1100的價格，跟圖片很不相符。最重要的是服務差到令人錯愕！首先，酒店要下很多台階才能到達，這個所謂酒店就三個工作人員，前台一位Christy，一個貌似能搬東西的男士，還有一個打掃衞生的阿姨。前台理直氣壯説他們都不上全班，過了三點沒人在，更沒人幫着把行李搬上那麼多台階！而且三點後行李不能放在酒店，否則後果自負。我問你們是酒店對嗎？酒店是否應該提供行李服務嗎？ 前台Christy態度惡略回覆，你們11點已經辦理離店（對，11點就着急忙慌趕着你辦理Checkout，因為她要下班），這之後你們愛怎麼就怎麼跟我們沒關係。還説你要願意寫評論就寫唄！第二，酒店很破舊，像個窯洞，裏面沒有窗户很悶！衞生也很差，親眼看見打掃衞生的把我們睡過的沙發床上的單子用手抹了抹就算打掃了，下個客人接着用同樣的單子！景色也不是照片看到的那樣，海是被前面的牆堵着。這個地方非常不推薦！前台這樣的態度也祝他們生意能興隆！

We adored our time staying here! Travelling for 6 weeks (and with a toddler) our breakfast with that incredible view was honestly a standout of our entire journey! Nicholas and his colleagues were wonderful and we thank them for making our stay on Santorini magical.

Staff was awesome and very hospitable. Nicolas was a fantastic host and took great pride.
Our room had an amazing view of the caldera and an epic sunset with a private pool.
The rooms needs some updating and some love but the location and the service more than make up for it!

Gorgeous view from our room, all other rooms do not have a view. Pictures on line are NOT true they need to be updated.There is no lounge. Furniture is old and broken, breakfast is nice, staff is awesome. Reception is a closet but receptionist is nice. She is only there part of the day but you can call her if you need anything. Very disappointed for the money we paid.

The hotel is in an amazing spot with great view. The room was very neat and clean, and the staff very pleasant and helpful! I recommend it for couples or families, I am sure they will have a great time!
