La Mer Deluxe Hotel & Spa

Natknęliśmy się na hotel La Mer, dostarczając paczkę znajomym, którzy byli tam gośćmi i byliśmy pod takim wrażeniem, że następnego dnia zmieniliśmy nasz hotel na La Mer! Imponujące lobby ustępuje szeregowi pokoi wokół wielu obszarów basenów, a same pokoje są zaprojektowane i umeblowane ekstrawagancko, bez przesady. Ceny były dość przystępne, niewiele więcej niż w 3-gwiazdkowym hotelu, w którym mieszkaliśmy, i mają niesamowite śniadanie w formie bufetu, w tym szampana. Ale zdecydowanie największym atutem tego hotelu jest inwestycja w personel, z którym wszyscy byli zachwyceni, od kierownika nocnej zmiany, przez kierownika ds. Żywności i napojów, po personel sprzątający i codzienny personel recepcji - wszystko dość profesjonalni i dostosowują się do wszelkich naszych potrzeb ! Podczas naszej wizyty wystąpił nagły wypadek, a personel był wyjątkowy, pomagając nam i uzyskując odpowiednią pomoc, której potrzebowaliśmy, traktują cię jak rodzinę, a nie tylko kolejnego gościa. Nie mogę się doczekać kolejnej wizyty w ich hotelu!

Mieszkaliśmy w La Mer przez 10 nocy w lipcu. Hotel i udogodnienia są bardzo ładne - trochę jak w greckiej wiosce - osobliwy i cichy z białymi / pastelowymi budynkami oraz mnóstwem drzew i kwiatów. Bardzo dobrze utrzymany. Nasz pokój dwuosobowy (A5) był piękny i miał wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy. Dobra klimatyzacja i wygodne. Nieskazitelnie czysty. Przyzwoitej wielkości łazienka. Ładny taras z wygodnymi krzesłami. 2 duże baseny i bar, dużo krzeseł i stołów na zewnątrz na śniadanie / napoje. Dorośli oznaczali tylko, że atmosfera była spokojna i zrelaksowana - cudownie móc korzystać z basenu bez pluskania i hałasu! Idealna wakacyjna atmosfera. Doskonała obsługa - wszyscy pracownicy byli pomocni i wydajni. Prawdziwy kredyt dla hotelu - nic nie było zbyt wielkim problemem. Naprawdę dobre śniadanie - wybór świeżych produktów, opcje kontynentalne i greckie specjały. Pyszny grecki jogurt i miód oraz półmisek świeżych owoców każdego ranka. Ciasto pomarańczowe z filiżanką kawy jest wspaniałe! Zuchwały kieliszek Prosecco z odrobiną świeżego soku pomarańczowego to urocza uczta. Świetna lokalizacja - blisko wszystkich sklepów restauracyjnych i barów. Dla tych, którzy znają Kamari tak, jest na torze lotu, a samoloty są fajne! Żadnych problemów ze spaniem. Kilka drobnych punktów / sugestii… Kiedy przyjechaliśmy, zaprowadzono nas do pokoju dwuosobowego, gdy zarezerwowaliśmy bliźniaka i otrzymaliśmy potwierdzenie przez e-mail. Szkoda, ponieważ przyjechaliśmy późno i naprawdę chcieliśmy się rozpakować i osiedlić. Aby być uczciwym, błąd został skutecznie rozwiązany i do południa następnego dnia przenosimy się do pokoju dwuosobowego. Nie ma wystarczającej liczby leżaków, a ludzie czasami nie są w stanie ich znaleźć. Budzę się bardzo wcześnie i lubię oglądać wschodzące słońce, więc nie było to dla nas problemem, ale mogło być. Niewykorzystany taras na piętrze można łatwo wykorzystać na dodatkowe leżaki i może mały basen lub bar - zmarnowaną przestrzeń, którą można naprawdę dobrze wykorzystać. Wspaniały pobyt - na pewno wrócimy!

Świetny hotel nad morzem i restauracjami. Bardzo przyjazny pomocny personel. Czyste i zadbane o terytorium i pokoje, nie hałaśliwe, bardzo dobre śniadanie Dostaliśmy bezpłatne podwyższenie standardu za apartament. Absolutnie polecam

Just returned from a week at this lovely boutique style adult only hotel with just 40 rooms. Booked direct with the hotel which was effortless receiving prompt confirmation by email. We were made very welcome on arrival by a very friendly receptionist called Ionna - who was always helpful during our stay! As were all the staff.. the place is spotlessly clean.. we were allocated an executive room on the first floor which was very spacious & had a balcony overlooking one of the lovely pools. Huge comfy bed so slept well during our stay. It’s worth noting that this hotel is located near the airport so you can see & hear the aircraft flying over but it was something we got used to.. Very comfy sun loungers - didn’t have a problem getting a couple each day for a few hours morning or afternoon. Just a short walk from the sea front but in a quiet area away from the hustle & bustle. The promenade has an array of restaurants to suit all budgets & we enjoyed some delicious meals during our stay / the best being Vassilikos!! Breakfast choice was plentiful - varied continental (croissants were delicious) & hot choice on offer - though didn’t seem to always be hot, which was a shame as everything looked delicious! The bus service from Kamari to Fira, just 20 mins away runs regularly €1.60 e/w. From there you can connect to other places on the island quite easily. Would recommend going to Oia another 20 mins from Fira, to see the sunset - which was amazing & the buses run late so you can get back no problem. Had a couple of treatments in the fabulous spa which were very relaxing too & skin felt amazing after! Like to visit different places so don’t often return to the same place but may make an exception here! Thank you La Mer for making our stay so special.. should be very proud of all your fabulous staff!!

If you're looking for somewhere peaceful and tranquil then look no further. Had a lovely welcome upon arrival, got shown around and taken to my room which is very clean and has plenty of space. Its a stones throw away from the beach and all the restaurants and bars. The staff here cannot be more helpful enough and are happy to answer all your questions. There was a spa and a gym and the pool is a nice relaxing area. These are the all the good points. the only criticisms: people put towels on their beds very early so be prepared to get up early if you want a spot that's in the sun all day. The breakfast is great and lots of choice, but doesn't stay hot so sometimes the hot food is in fact, cold. You are very close to the airport so planes fly over the hotel all day long and into the night so can be noisy but nothing too crazy. This is billed as a 5* but I think more like a 4*+ as a few things just weren't up to par but still a very lovely boutique style hotel which was very well maintained. I didnt see anyone eating dinner as the menu was limited and wasn't the most inviting decor for dinner and lots of choice elsewhere.

Hotel was a great experience for us, room and service were first class. Spotless rooms and staff attention was second to none. Staff very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. Special mention to our cleaner Ida who was worth her weight in gold.

Fantastic hotel with great staff and amenities! Nothing was too much trouble! Arrived late in the evening, was told we had been given a free upgrade. Beautiful, spacious room, however we had chosen a standard room to be on the ground floor by the pool. No problem for the staff- was even asked to view two rooms to choose which we wanted! All staff are highly professional, friendly and attentive. The site staff do an amazing job keeping the rooms and pool areas spotless. If you are around the pool, staff come round with water, fruit and even ice cream! It’s a very calm and relaxing hotel and the layout with the two pools and house-style rooms is just beautiful. Breakfast was great and high quality. Couldn’t fault a thing. Chose this hotel due to short transfer from airport so yes, expect jets overhead, but after the first time , you fail to notice and it certainly didn’t affect sleep! Loved the resort- chose it to have some calm away from the tourist spots. So glad we did - trips to Oia and Fira were easy - beautiful places but so busy!! Great to come back to laidback Kamari! We like to travel and stay in different places but we would certainly consider coming here again. Huge thanks to the whole staff team!!

A lovely adults only hotel, we were there the penultimate week in the season and it was fabulous. We had a ground floor 1 bedroom suite which has a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a double sofa bed. Inches from the pool (one of a few), yards from the restaurant and a short walk to the main promenade. I was with a mobility impaired friend so it was absolutely ideal. Breakfast was fine, not a huge choice but we had what we needed. The restaurant wasn’t that inviting but when we did eat there it was lovely, the food was really nice so don’t dismiss it. We had a massage in the spa and it was lovely, reasonably priced too. The staff were lovely and it was a really relaxing break. Only 1 minor whinge - there was a coffee machine in the suite but we didn’t realise until we got the bill that they charged €2 for each tiny coffee pod they replenish! Just saying….
