Astonishing Views from all angle of the Hotel! Friendly and Helpful receptionist Lydia and Handsome Barista who makes the best expresso! Sumptous Variety Breakfast Spreads, Able to skip Lunch type of buffet! Alll food are very yummies, complete sets meaning from starters, varieties main spread and theres even lots of desserts. Warning: Please go down for breakfast woth empty stomach! If need any confirmation from this hotel, you could rely on their super fast responses and quick guidance! Kuddos for the excellent services! Keep up the good work! Not to forget theres daily cleaning of rooms service provided!

This was experience of good and bad for us . We just left the hotel today and there was a few disappoin**ent with it and some good bits . Didn’t start well , firsts you are dropped at a back lane from the hotel and very little guidance to the hotel . We went with easy jet holidays and was grateful for google maps . we arrived late and the gentleman was very nice , checked us in , the room was not what I booked and paid for . I had booked the superior double , on the east jet page and the hotel page this shows a separate room next to the bedroom . Travelling with my daughter aged 20 I thought the space would be handy . When I questioned it I was told it was . It wasn’t it was a normal bedroom . I had emailed the week before to request single beds , again not everyone is travelling as a couple … I find it annoying that it expected that everyone is . At the age of 20 you don’t want to share a bed with your mum !! This wasn’t honoured either after I had asked . Wasn’t going to let it spoil my holiday. There is the woman manager / reception who really shouldn’t me handling guests . She was rude and dismissive and has no idea how to be customer friendly. I had queried the room and the request and basically she wasn’t intrested . There seems to be no manager with experience . The young men who ran the bar were very nice but the bar closes at 10 every single night . Last orders and lights off . They obviously go out after work which is fair enough but they seriously cannot wait to get rid of you . Breakfast was good and the hotel is very clean , sun beds are great and towels . We ate a few times and was very nice . It’s it a great spot , and it’s very cool . Could be so much better with proper customer service and management .

Just returned home from my first trip to Santorini. The Alesahne Beach Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. We had food in their Sea Stone restaurant and was lovely. We used the pool and their private beach. Beach beds so comfortable and they also provide towels for the pool and Beach. Lovely staff wait on you at the beach we had lobely cocktails brought on us. Our room was perfect for our us. Perfect location stunning views. I will definitely return

Terrible experience with hotel management. Unsympathetic staff. My husband and I reserved and paid in full to the hotel for our stay in July 2023. There was a sudden death in our family, my father-in-law passed away, so we could not make it on the date we reserved. So, we requested the hotel for a change to our reservation to another date as they do not do refunds, but the hotel was not helpful at all. Till this date we are still trying to get them to change the reservation to another date so as to not lose our money. We are not asking for a refund but the hotel will not budge. Going back and forth via email and phone for months and no sympathy or understanding from the hotel at all. The latest email even threatened us if we posted our experience with the hotel. Please be ware and be very careful if you are looking for a hotel that has a heart and understands that in life people face difficult times and a simple gesture and flexibility goes a long way.

A lovely, comfortable place to stay in a fantastic location in Kamari, on the beach front. The service was excellent and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Anna, the receptionist was very helpful in offering things to see and do around the island and partook pleasant conversation in perfect English. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was nicely decorated and very comfortable, with all mod cons one would expect. It was cleaned daily to a high standard. Fresh towels and toiletries were provided daily too. The food exceeded our expectations. Freshly cooked breakfast buffet every morning with the opportunity to sample some traditional Greek cuisine if you wished. The dinner menu is extensive and they catered for a gluten free diet. Again, the food was of a high standard. Whilst located on the busy promenade with a wide selection of bars and restaurants at your doorstep, the hotel offers a quiet and tranquil retreat from the hustle and bustle. Alesahne Beach Hotel is a very charming place in a beautiful setting and we would recommend a stay here.

Definitely the best place to stay in Santorini!!! We did a walk around the whole island, but this place is ideal for rest because the beach is 2 m away, the breakfast is beautiful and delicious, the rooms are clean, the staff is more than excellent, and a big thanks to Sabjan who is very kind and helpful, and the girls from reception and bar. First, because of health problem, we had to postpone our vacations. According to the contract, we did not have possibility of cancellation, no nor to change the dates. I called the hotel, explained my situation and despite the contract, they kindly accepted to postpone our journey without additional costs. Highly appreciated. Then we arrived and the team was so nice all along our stay ! The hotel is not perfect (the bathroom was a bit small as an example) but if you expect a real sense of service, this is what you will find here ! By the way, the hotel is perfectly located with private beach and swimming pool.

Just returned from a fantastic holiday in Santorine staying at The Alesahne Beach Hotel with three friends. On our arrival at reception we were welcomed by the lovely Maya who showed us to our rooms,printed us out a map of Kamara and as we had a late arrival where we would get something to eat . The hotel is just steps away from the beach with free sun loungers. Eating breakfast with a sea view is amazing. Rooms were cleaned daily by the lovely Amalia who was so friendly and helpful. We had a few days with no Internet but when brought this to management attention we were upgraded to another much superior room Thankyou Anna Hope to return soon and would certainly recommend The Alesahne Beach Hotel to everyone. Thankyou for a wonderful stay .

I have been to beautiful locations all over the world but I have never ever met the rudeness, poor service and lack of people skills I was met with at this hotel. It started off when we complained there was no twin beds we requested months ago when booking. The receptionist and two pool boys abused and bullied us for rest of holiday. We accepted lack of twin beds and didn't make any further complaints. When we tried to order food at the beach we were ignored until day 4 when they told is we could not use sunbeds unless we ordered food and drinks at this stage we had given up. When we booked this hotel we were led to believe that sun beds were for people staying at the hotel . Any hotel I have ever stayed in sunbeds were for guests it was not explained other wise. They were the most abusive staff I have ever met...I am still shocked. We did not do anything to deserve this behaviour. The receptionist stated she was the manager and was monosyllabic and just grunted at us. The house of horrors!!
