Eternity Suites Santorini

The host goes out of the way to make sure we are comfortable and respond to our requests timely.

Last minute booking and so happy we selected here. Markella was in touch as soon as we booked to ask if we needed transport etc. From the minute we arrived to when we left she was very attentive. The suites themselves are amazing, very clean, tastefully decorated and very spacious. Getting into the town centre is a 5 minute walk but is up hill but wasn't an issue for us. highly recomended.

We came to Santorini as a family ( with 3 months old baby). The location was just perfect especially with a little baby. The "cave" was cleaned every day which was great. The place itself is spacious, cosy and just pleasant to stay inside. The private jacuzzi was lovely, especially in October/November time as it gets a little bit cold in the evenings. The manager has contacted us prior to our trip which was lovely. He made sure that we had a travel cot waiting for us in the bedroom as wall as transport from the airport to the place. In general he was always very helpful - literally available 24h a day. I recommend this place, it's about 10 minutes walk to the main town 😀

The hot tub was not working when we arrived and it is still not working today four nights into our stay. It is very noisy and cold and the water leaks all down the road. It keeps some of us awake at night. Do not book this accommodation if you want a working hot tub. I am writing this listening to the noise of the hot tub refilling. I imagine it is disturbing everyone. We could hear it as we walked over to the property. It is unacceptable to claim that this accommodation has a hot tub when they do nothing if it does not work. Do not book here if you are expecting a hot tub.

Second stay here. Very central location, impeccable cleanliness, very modern and comfortable suites. Rania and Alexandros are so kind and professional people. My wife and I will definitely be returning to Santorini again and of course we will be back at Eternity. In short, absolutely perfect!

This was the most perfect 3 nights away. From the minute we booked I knew it was going to be incredible. The lady in charge was an absolute star. She recommended and booked dinner/boat trips and a beach club for our final day. We wouldnt change a single thing about our trip. 3 days of heaven and pure luxury with so much attention to detail. The room was huge with an indoor hot tub. The location was perfect 🤍 Thank you

the property was spotlessly clean. good location, close to the main town. facilities in the room and terrace were great including fridge, kettle and coffee machine. the plunge pool was large and warm. we were very comfortable and well looked after by excellent hosts and daily cleans. water was provided for the room daily. the suite was very modern and the decor was perfect. air con was available in all rooms. large rainfall showers and all toiletries included.

We stayed in the cave suite with a private hot tub put back. It was fantastic! Very private, clean, spacious room. The staff was very attentive and had excellent suggestions. Would definitely stay here again! Very walkable to city center.

We visited Eternity Suites 27th March 2023 for 4 nights. It was our first holiday with our six month old daughter. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left everything was absolutely perfect. The service was impeccable. Alex was very friendly and welcoming. He shared information before we had even arrived to help us plan our trip and this extended to after we’d left. We checked out and left our baby’s prescribed formula (cows milk allergy) for the bin so we could save on space and weight in our luggage. We had a four hour flight and accounted for 24 hours worth of formula in case of delays at the airport. Never did we think our flight would be cancelled and rescheduled 27 hours later as it’s never happened in 33 years of travelling. I contacted Alex who retrieved the formula and made sure we could get it. He made me feel calm amongst the chaos. I can’t thank him enough for this! The room we stayed in was immaculate. The modern decor, fittings and amenities were all modern and excellent quality with a luxurious feel. It felt like we were on honeymoon. Very special!! The cot for our little girl seemed brand new which was reassuring. We were given wine and cakes which were a lovely gesture. The hot tub was cleaned and maintained every day, as was our room. Our terrace was very private and not overlooked, which can’t be said for some terraces in Santorini. We had a sink, tea and coffee facilities and a fridge which all came in handy. Bottled water was provided every day. The air con worked great and was silent. I had to check it was on as it was so quiet. The suites are a five minute walk to the main street in Fira with plenty of restaurants nearby. Alex recommended some lovely restaurants which we really enjoyed. We hired a car and we were able to park it within a few minutes of the suites each night but it was quite full and in high season parking might be more difficult. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re reading this just book it. You will not be disappointed. If we ever return to Santorini, Eternity Suites is definitely where we will stay!
