You shouldn´t expect much of this hotel. The rooms are small and outdated, the beds are basic and would need some new matrass, the basthroom is basic, TV only has very few programs. The breakfast buffet is small and acceptable. What me actually really surprised was the dinner with local dishes and fruit cremes. My dinner there was the best food close by. Unfortunately, the breakfast doesn´t match the dinner quality The staff is very nice, attentive and helpful.

Um hotel com um bom custo benefício. Os quartos são velhos, mas sem cheiro de mofo. Cama de casal grande. O ar condicionado funciona bem, senti até frio. O banheiro é bom. Café da manhã é delicioso. Pedimos serviço de quarto, mas a comida não estava gostosa.

Hotel tem um ótima localização fácil acesso ao centro velho como também as praias. Porem, a piscina deixa muito a desejar .

O hotel é uma boa opção pois fica pertinho do teatro/centro histórico. O atendimento foi ótimo e o terraço possui uma boa visão da cidade. Só não gostei muito do estacionamento (rampa/visão) mas isso é o de menos.

Inicialmente, no dia do check in, o quarto estava sujo, com copo descartável e sujeira no chão do banheiro. Quarto muito mal conservado. Atendentes da recepção sem muita empatia. A unica coisa razoável foi o café da manhã!

Atendimento muito bom, quartos excelentes, a vista para a cidade é maravilhosa, bar e restaurante a comida boa e preço aceitável.. perto do centro histórico, é uma boa opção na capital maranhense, recomendo.
