Very good hotel, kind staff and great location.
The disappointment was with Trip.com that sells a “lottery option” for the type of accommodation saying that it can be twin or king size bed to be decided by the hotel upon arrival. This isn’t correct. Obviously the hotel will give the cheaper option and the twin bed. Completely misleading by trip.com and/or by the agreement made with the hotel. Either way, an unnecessary stress after an intercontinental flight of more than 12h, tired and hoping to rest, though we had to go through the embarrassment and lengthier check-in process.

O quarto resevado nao estava disponível, demora na entrega dos roupoes e no restaurante. Hotel relativamente antigo e poucas comodidades pelo preço.

The hotel is under a renovation that is taking forever. There are no meeting rooms and you are lucky if you have internet connection in the dinning room. That's where I was directed to have my conference call.
Also Staff forgets about your problems and always have to look for a Manager. Do not waist your money in this location - there are plenty of options around.
Pictures are outdated and facility has nothing nice at the lobby.

Hotel did not advise customers in advance r of booking that the pool, gym, sauna are all closed since November for renovations. There is no business center. Front desk
Could Not print out boarding passes. They charge for breakfast and do not have someone preparing omelets etc. A complete rip-off not worth the cost.

Gym and pool was closed they did not let me know when i arrived or booked the reservation. They said they hs a deal with the gym in front of the hotel when i got there there was no deal had to pay full price by my own
Super noisy room then i has to ask to change

Meliá should offer adequate areas for guests to work.
Improve the WIFI- It was the worst thing. I could not work in the hotel.
