Vila Gale Paulista

Eu, meu esposo e meu filho já somos clientes da Rede Vila Galé, por conta de seu padrão de qualidade internacional. Então, quando reservamos, já imaginávamos encontrar uma excelente hotelaria. E a rede conseguiu nos surpreender, o hotel tem uma decoração especial se assemelhando a um museu de arte europeu, com uma decoração linda, um perfume que é igual em toda sua rede e extremamente convidativo e aconchegante ao hóspede que procura um local para descansar. Confortável, comida boa, atendimento sensacional. Só recomendo... quem nunca ficou num hotel da rede Vila Galé deve conhecer.

It’s a hotel in a really great location in a great part of town near the metro station. comfortable and big room, I’m not sure about the decor it seems to have lots of murals of what I imagine are legendary artistic characters, I really can’t explain but it’s a bit cheesy. Would much rather a more contemporary plane look. Other than that stylish hotel with a nice swimming pool and outside area, as it’s in a very bustling area it’s quite a bonus. Beware if you don’t speak Brazilian Portuguese, most of the staff can’t speak English, breakfast is an okay, spread the Hot options are not Wide and it was very difficult. Trying to get an omelette out of the omelette station. All in all good hotel and comfortable

Really nice hotel at a good location. Check-in was time-robbing, breakfast was very nice.

The hotel was great, from the moment we entered and greeted by Renato. Renato was friendly and very helpful every time we say him, along with all other staff that were at the hotel. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The pool area was clean and relaxing. Breakfast in the morning had a great selection of food. Location was great and we always felt safe. Easy to walk to some cool areas for shopping and eating, as well it was very close to the subway. Would definitely stay here again.

The guy at the front door who received us (i think his name was vinicius) was horribly rude and left a very bad impression. We arrived the day the bolsonaro supporters blocked off the airport so we were very late. Instead of opening the door to welcome us as guests. He kept screaming at us in portuguese that we were in the wrong place (we werent) Then he starts to yell in English before he finally realized that we were guests and opened the door for us. I've never had an experience like that before at a hotel. Considering the neighborhood and the price point, i probably wouldnt stay here again because of that. I've never had that happen at any other hotel in Brazil. Least of all near Avenida Paulista.

Location, Breakfast and staff

The hotel is nice and the locations is great. The toilet is terrible, no privacy (glass and open), air conditioning didn't warm the room and the reception quite slow and not very friendly.
