the place was amazing, the location is excellent, right in the centre of Sapanca amazing weather all year long. the villa was fully equipped with very you need all you needed to buy was groceries. the villa was very clean, each bedroom has it own bathroom, all showers are standup, very clean. the living areas and kitchen are open to each other great for hosting friends and having game nights. the pool is just amazing also temperature adjusted cool in the hot weather and warm during the cold weather. i would definitely book it again.

Çocuklarımızın doğum gününü kutlamak için ailecek, 10 kişi (anneanne, dede, dayı, kuzen, yenge, ve çekirdek aile olarak bir gece konakladık, evden, bahçeden, havuzdan çok memnun kaldık, gelecek sefer en az 2 gece kalmaya karar verdik, çünkü doğum gününün yorgunluğu 2 gece kalınca ancak çıkabilecek.

It was really very good residence, the villa is big enough for 8 person,we enjoyed the swimming at night in a warm big enough swimming pool,grilling at a big wood grill, Yahya the receptionist is very helpful and respectful person he was available whole the time for helping us. It deserves to visit again.

we've travled to sapanca to have a good vacation. We wanted to book a hotel, but while i was looking for a good hotel i've found this fancy villas and god it was amazing. The place, the street and especially the designing of the villas and it's heated pool was something else, and we have met the owner of the villas Mr. Aybars such a nice guy he was very generous and kind

Merkezi konum , temiz ve şık lüks villa ısıtmalı havuzu olması çok iyi kışın bir daha tercih edeceğim. Aynı zamanda pati dostu bir işletme olmaları çokta önemli bir detay hayvan sever bütün arkadaşlarıma önereceğim.Restaurant ve marketlere yürüme mesafesinde göl kenarına 2-3 dk mesafede olması çok güzel araç kullanmadan her yere gidilebilir

Ailece çok keyifli ve konforlu bir tatil geçirdik. Konumu Sapanca Kırkpınarda sosyal hayatın tam merkezinde heryer yürüme mesafesinde bu bizim için çok değerliydi🙏🏻 gece serin olmasına rağmen ısıtmalı havuzumuza girdik ve bahçe şöminesini etrafında ateş yakarak komik hikayelerle çok güldük:) ayrıca tam donanımlı lüx bir mutfağımız olmasına rağmen hemen villamızın girişindeki Uğurlu Dükkan Box restoranın olması bizi çok mutlu etti😍 ilgi ve alakasından dolayı müessesenin sahibi Aybars Beye ve güleryüzlü hizmetinden dolayı Yahya Beye çok teşekkür ediyoruz🙏🏻 tüm dostlarımıza tavsiye ettik, bizde her fırsatta tekrar geleceğiz🙏🏻

Çok güzel bir konaklama ve tatil geçirdik. Eve yerleşmeden havuz ısıtılmış her yer temizlenmişti. Yolculuk sırasında bile Aybars bey arayıp evin hazır olduğunu yolculuğumuzun nasıl geçtiğini sormuştur. Tatil süresi boyuncada her türlü sorumuza 7/24 cevap vermiş ilgilenmiştir. Ailece sessiz huzurlu güzel bir doğa içerisinde kendinize özel bir alanda tatil yapmak istiyorsanız kesinlikle tercih edilecek bir yer.
