Tenza Hotel & Skyspa at Sapporo Central

Hotel jest nowy, czysty i łatwy w użyciu. W łaźni publicznej znajduje się sauna i urządzenie do masażu. Śniadanie w formie bufetu obejmuje typowe dla Hokkaido curry zupy i Czyngis-chana, warzywa w sałatce są zawsze świeże, a deser zmienia się co miesiąc, dzięki czemu można cieszyć się owocowymi kanapkami. Rogalik był chrupiący, a obok tosty postawiono francuskie tosty i bamudę. Śniadania pyszne, personel piszczący i bezstresowy. Dla tych, którym to nie przeszkadza, jest to dobry hotel, ponieważ jest trochę daleko od stacji.

Po raz pierwszy przyciągnęła mnie duża wanna i sauna. Bardzo piękna i czysta, jestem bardzo zadowolona.

Took the train from New Chitose Airport to Sapporo station for 1150yen, got a Cab using GO app to the hotel for 1270yen, which was around 1.8km. Its walkable to the hotel through Sapporo station using the underground pathway until Odori station exit 3 turn left and go straight for 300m until you see Lawson and turn left again go straight for another 200m. The food buffet was fantastic, love the pork belly, salmon slice, rice, porridge, desserts, yogurt, shrimp ramen noodle… etc. Around 100m to Tanukikoji street..plenty of shops and restaurants. The streetcar also nearby around 100m just pay 200yen you can go around the city, can use kitaca card or cash. Going back to New Chitose airport it’s nearby 300m opposite Hotel Abest go through Tanuki koji street just pay 1300yen.

The hotel is like a 4 star for me. It’s easy to access the transportation. And the room is quite big and it’s comfortable. I will stay here again.

Overall, good stay. Room was clean and quiet. The room assigned to me was right near a laundry room too (which guests can use for a fee) which was super convinient. Staff were polite and helpful. Loved how they had a ton of toiletries at the lobby so you can just take what you need for the night/stay. Not in right by the main ***** but just a few blocks away which I actually liked. It was easy enough to walk to/from an airport limosine stop which was helpful. Public baths/rest area was pretty decent and they even provided free popsicles for post-bath time which was a nice touch.

Terrible front desk service. The Japanese staffs just lacked overall willingness to work. When I approached them to inquire about something, they would give me side eyes and whisper to themselves in Japanese and even laugh.. (for what tho?). I was surprised it's a hotel and the staffs can't even communicate with visitors at a basic level so instead I had to communicate in my minimal Japanese and they laughed at me and whispered something to themselves.. At the time of my check in, I witnessed a phone call from a visitor upstairs and I could overhear the converstation because it was quite loud. She seemed to really need help and was explaining her situation only to be cut off in the middle by the staff repeating "Sorry no English! SORRY NO SPEAK ENGLISH!" I think there could hv been other ways.. like they could have pass the call to another staff who could actually understand and help her out. Not only that, but they are ready to give you the wrong info very confidently because I was only able to get the airport bus info I needed after inquiring 3 times to 3 different staffs (each time with different answers). I specifically approached the the young male staff who was able to speak English but when I inquired him he immediate responded "Sorry no speak English." He wouldnt even give me his full attention--wouldn't bother making an eye contact and just kept scribbling down whatever he was doing. The only staff who was actually kind and helpful was a non-Japanese foreign staff. Also, I booked the hotel because of the SPA. However, the tubs were dirty and overcrowded. You can visibly see dead skin cells floating above water so it wasn't hygienic. I ended up taking baths in my room. Other than that the hotel is fairly new so the facility is generally nice but for the 7 days I stayed there, the unpleasant quality of service and unprofessional attitude shown by the front desk staffs was disappointing.. Shocking actually! So if you are going to stay here, don't expect a helpful service.

Amazing value hotel. The onsen is open late until 1 am and the breakfast is decent for hotel standards. The rooms are spacious and clean. The location is in the middle of downtown Sapporo and really nearby all the restaurants. The laundry is also free in the annex
