Outstanding
I am super thankful for this hotel. I made a mistake with my reservation (double book) and I asked trip to help me to cancel it with the hotel and first they said it can’t be cancelled and I understand. After we checked out, trip called and said the hotel (Keio) agree to refund my other reservation.
Thank you so much trip.com and Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo for your understanding, it made my day.
Their service also the best, we across the traffic light near the hotel and when we haven’t even reached the lobby door, their staff already come to us and helped us with our luggage, so a nice welcome. The check in process also quick and easy. The hotel room for Japan standard consider big enough.
And also we can have airport limousine bus right in front of the hotel.

The room is clean and comfortable. But the hotel is a bit far away from the Sapporo station.

The location is fairly convenient with convenience stores opposites and a good amount of eateries nearby. It’s a 5-10mins walk to the metro. The breakfast and room size is alright as well.

Amazing Service from this hotel!
Live up to its brand name!
Hotel is very clean.
A little disappointing is it’s onsen requires payment even for staying guests.
About 8mins walk from the station .

Keio Plaza Hotel chain is always Good facilities. Have a limousine airport bus pick up in Hotel side door every 1hour at morning, asking for Bus timetable at concierge. 1km distance walk from Sapporo Station/JR.

Very convenient location. Room is just average. Front desk and concierge staffs are not helpful at all. A bit disappointed according to the stars they claim. Best thing of this hotel is breakfasf buffet.

The hotel was a short walk from Sapporo station which is very convenient when travelling to and from Hokkaido. It is also near the TV tower which most tours depart from, also, it is convenient to travel to the famous Nijo Market.
Sky from the hotel was bright and pretty 😍
The staff are also very friendly and polite when delivering towels to the room and helping us to call another hotel in Tokyo.
