Beach Hotel Terracotta

"This was a nice surprise after coming down from the hill, getting lost with Google navigation, ending up in the middle of nowhere, and finally finding our hotel. It is in an excellent location, below the road and right above a private beach. The owner, as well as the rest of the staff, were very friendly. The beach is sandy and very clean. There are some rocks when you enter the sea, but if you move a few meters either to the left or right, it is perfect. What was really surprising, and what I liked the most, was that there was no music on the beach. The hotel is old and needs renovation, and as the owner said, he is planning to renovate it after the season. When we left on Sunday, we met hundreds of Italians heading down to the sea, so I guess it gets crowded on Sundays. There are plenty of other beaches all around, both private and public, and there is a high-speed train connection with Naples and Rome."

"Stupendo! A great little hotel in a great position near bars and restaurants.Spotlessly clean. Nice rooms with Balconies. The ground floor terrace at the front is set back from the main promenade and beach so it is private and yet you can watch the world go by in peace and quiet. Domenico speaks excellent English and cannot do enough for you. We look forward very much to our return visit during the summer."
