Poor quality breakfast at 08.45 bread finished, fruit from tins…. Not a good start

Hotel was adequate for an overnight stay travelling South - arrived late at night and only needed a bed. We specifically chose this hotel because of the secure car park. We arrived at 11pm and took the last space in the car park which was not that big. Others arriving after us had to park outside. I'm also not sure the car park was locked - it was open when we arrived and still open when we left at 5am.
Also, we were charged on check-in by the hotel even though we had pre-booked through ********** and 6-weeks later I am still trying to get a refund!!!

Cheap and cheerful. But very basic. Large stains on hallway carpets was our first impression! Children screaming running up and down corridors until 03:00. Slamming doors and was very noisy between 23:00-05:00.

We stayed there just for one night luckily.
There was no airco so very hot at the room. It wasnt clean at all.

We, a family of four, stayed in this hotel one night in July 2021. In general the hotel quality is average. In a morning we were awaked when a member of staff (probably a cleaner) opened a door in our room. We were shocked such an inappropriate action of the hotel staff.

Pire nuit dans un hôtel!!
Chambre froide (chauffage non allumé à notre arrivée) Literie médiocre, on dort sur une planche.
Wc et salle de bain dans un piteux état
Accueil très froid
Seul chose très bien le petit déjeuner et le réceptionniste du matin

Les chambres ne sont nettoyés qu une fois sur la semaine si on le demande

Camera piccola (sembra la cabina di una nave), ma confortevole, pulita e abbastanza silenziosa. Personale gentile e disponibile. Posizione comoda per visitare Orleans. Parcheggio privato gratuito. Colazione valida. Un buon 2 stelle.
