Amazing stay. Enjoyed the friendly staff. The housekeepers were great. They went above and beyond to provide you eith everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The Even Hotel Sarasota-Lakewood Ranch was by far the worst hotel stay experience I have had in over 50 years of traveling. The front desk, particularly Bernice, was incapable of addressing issues with the room, promising a fix then failing to address the fact she could not carry through on the promise by failing to follow up with a call. She raised her voice to me screaming at me over the phone, refused to pick up the phone when I called back and failed to acknowledge me or work with me when I went down to the front desk. If you want a hotel where the front desk personnel cannot cope with guests’ concerns over noise from other guests (multiple rooms overcrowded with young boys and irresponsible adult ‘supervision’) and nonfunctional amenities (tvs that don’t work) and poor housekeeping (failure to clean room, make bed, and provide adequate resources like towels per person) then this is the hotel for you. However, if you expect value for your dollar, including an amenable and responsive staff, avoid this place at all costs!

Very nice rooms, pet friendly, very clean, great daily service.
Only issue, which may be temporary, is that the Wi-Fi signal was weak and occasionally dropped connection.
Otherwise fantastic experience and would enjoy staying again.
