My family rented out the entire B&B for my wedding weekend. It was so amazing, words cannot describe how perfect it was. Beautiful places for pictures and gatherings. The rooms are so so nice and everything is very updated. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect!

This beautiful bed and breakfast has all the charm of a historic building, but all the advantages of a brand-new site, which it is. Thoughtfully appointed in the best of taste, everything is quite perfect. And there's even an elevator to the second floor. The proprietor who greeted us was friendly and helpful and lovely. Breakfast was delicious. Definitely a five-star stay.

This elegant, inviting bed and breakfast was one of our best stays. We stayed in the Hathorn Spring Room, which was quite large, with an amazingly comfortable king size bed and a day bed—and a small porch with two comfy chairs and a table. The bathroom was also very large, with a delightful rainwater showerhead. Everything was immaculately clean. Breakfast was delicious. Each night we filled out our order—several menu items—and left it in a small basket in the hall. In the morning, we picked up our assigned room tray, brought it to a table on the screened porch and our breakfast was made to order and served. The blueberry buttermilk pancakes were to die for. The B&B is just around the corner from the horse racing hall of fame, which was very interesting. If you stay during race season, the racetrack is within walking distance. The downtown main drag is within walking distance, with amazing Gilded Age houses to see along the way. I wish we could have stayed for more than two nights. I highly recommend the Springwater Bed & Breakfast.

This venue was perfect for the small wedding that we participated in last week. Small, romantic - nice comfortable rooms and garden - good food, attentive staff. The staff did everything that they needed to help create the right atmosphere for the wedding party, the rehearsal/dinner, and the wedding ceremony and dinner. The ceremony was in the garden with flowering trees as background and setting.

We had a wonderful stay at the Springwater B&B. We stayed in the Hathorn room with our daughter. We had a king bed that was super comfortable and she had a comfy day bed. The room was large, well furnished and very homey. The bathroom was big, clean and had everything we needed. The proprietors were helpful and so lovely and the breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again.

This was the cutest place. Very easy to find and my room had everything I needed. The host was so kind (I’m sorry I’ve forgotten your name) but she was soo lovely and because I had to leave earlier than breakfast she made me a little bag of a muffin and fruit to take on the road - the sweetest!!! Room was nice and warm and had a fireplace which I loved Easy 15 minute walk to town or a quicker drive. I loved staying amongst the gorgeous houses. I need to come back and will be staying here again when I do! Thank you for a great stay

I scheduled an overnight stay at the Springwater Inn. It was described as adjacent to the lovely (and related) Springwater B&B. I thought this meant on the same grounds or next door. It was only a short walk away but, foolishly, I did not understand that the Inn is basically rooms over a sizable restaurant with a LOUD bar area. There were a number of steep steps to reach the second floor rooms. Very clumsy when lugging suitcases. Further, the bed was comfy but so high that small stools were needed to climb in. Anyone with limited mobility might never have reached the room (or utilized the bed if they did make it up the stairs). Finally, the room overlooked a very busy and very noisy 4-lane road. Thankfully, traffic noise decreased significantly after 11 pm. Be aware of the considerable differences between the Springwater Inn versus B&B.

This is a comfortable, clean inn located in the center of the town, within walking distance of shops, restaurants and the racetrack. Leslie’s breakfasts are fabulous, and Gerard is a very warm and welcoming host. Highly recommended.

Thank you Miss Lynn for taking care of our reservations during the busy horse racing meet. Miss Leslie went way out of her way to accommodate a special request, let alone everything else she does as one of the Innkeepers. A big shout of to Mathew, another Innkeeper, who was very personable and professional. We stayed in the "sister inn" just steps from the main B&B, right above the Brook Tavern restaurant (lovely Victorian style home converted). Literally a three block walk to the race track. Perfect and lovely location. Breakfast each morning was quite delicious, just the right amount of options to choose from. All the staff we encountered were very pleasant and efficient. We are looking forward to returning next August! Side note: since this B&B is in such high demand, they handle their lodging reservations during racing season by the guest contacting the B&B directly. They are so kind to offer their rooms to repeat clients first. Which is a service that I so appreciate and respect. This is a family owned property. Every detail is seen to. Oh, I must mention that the gardens were just gorgeous!
