The whole building is dirty. There are holes in the walls in places. The room and bathroom were dirty. Everything was dusty. The bedding looked dirty. The room smelled bad and the halls have a weird odour. Something in the bed scratched me. They originally gave me a room that someone was already in. They had no hand soap in the bathroom and the room didn't have towels. I will not be staying here again and do not recommend it. Spend the extra money and stay at The Inn On College next door.

I never been so scared on my life! But the 1 hour of staying in this hotel is the worst experience I been! Check in at 12am I’m out at 1am. I can’t stand. This is not a hotel it’s a homeless shelter. And the environment is so scared. Even the front guy in the office. They are scared people. I’m not recommend this place. It’s a hunted house not a hotel. And a lot of homeless scary people outside!

No room service. They never clean the room. AC is not working well, no washrooms in private. There is one washroom for 3 room even they didn’t clean that. Don’t go there guys anytime

Well you get what you pay for. Not horrible but the doors are code accessed so you take it on faith they change the code each time. Shared washroom and kitchen area which is fine i suppose. Mind you i left a day early (3 day stay) becuase i woke up with what i believe was at least 3 beed bugs. I told staff and i hope they resolve the issue
