We booked the trip on Trip.com, prepaying. Hilton Garden Inn Savannah Historic District charged us twice. We live in Florida. As soon as I realized this. I sent receipts and screenshots. I’ve been getting the run around from management for the past 4 days..Still no refund. Still no response from the different managers we’ve been told to call back to speak to..Keep calling back to see if he/ she is in.(Paul Komanecky or Lindsey Davis) We are very disappointed with the lack of customer service from management. We just want our money. The hotel was indeed paid twice…Is this normal?

Great to have parking garage on site but building access signs would be helpful. Shouldn’t have to pull up in front in a busy street to learn that arrival entrance for cars is on the side street. Also, since there is a long term parking lot behind the hotel that costs $20 less to park overnight, would be nice if guests knew they had that option

It cost $45 per day to use the hotel’s parking garage. The location of the hotel was walkable to many restaurants, shops, and the riverfront. The staff at the reception desk were polite, but struggled to recommend a good restaurant for dinner. The room was clean, and although housekeeping is on an “every other day” schedule, they will make beds, replenish supplies, etc. if requested.

Second time we have stayed here. Remolded since the last time. Great location and very clean rooms. Staff was excellent.

Quick overnight on our way to Florida. Perfect location to explore parts of the historical district. Easy walk to several small and enjoyable restaurants

Everyone was so friendly, everything was clean, easy check in at the desk, the little store has anything you need and Deona is the best!! She was so exceptional and friendly and helpful in every way! Came here for 1 night gor our anniversary and it was so worth it!

Decent hotel near everything in the historic district. Overall it was clean, check in and out was smooth. $45 a night for valet parking-your only option.
