The only good thing about my stay was, the water got hot very fast and the fridge was cold. The hotel is not worth the money you charge. It needs to be renovated badly.

The place was dirty the pictures on your site must be old it looked like you could rent by the hour in a sleezy part of town the staff wasnt friendly the room was dark even with all the lights on for 20 dollars more a night we could of stayded at a much nicer place

This review has nothing to do with location because it is perfect. The poor condition of this motel is what is keeping this from being a good review. I think that owner/ management know they will get enough business simply because of location and price that they ignore putting any money into it. The stairs to the second floor are corroded and hopefully this is not a safely issue. The place is in dire need of paint and repair. The light switches were old and dirty. The bottom of the refrigerator was corroded. The only good things were a clean comfortable bed and good water pressure in the shower. I wouldn’t stay here again unless they do a renovation. Too bad because they could do better.

The staff was excellent.. However the shooting and murder directly behind the hotel left us wanting to leave immediately, in which the staff was very understanding and accommodating.. This review should not reflect poorly on the staff, however we will never be staying again.. The area has gone down hill

Loudest property I’ve ever stayed. Parties happening past 3 Am in the Parking lot and balcony with no staff assistance.

False pictures for dining area, only 2 tables. Breakfast was like continental. Not very clean inside or out. Very skeptical to even stay once we arrived but only 1 night so we did. Very noisy in the middle of the night you could hear every street sound and people outside. Rude customer service at check in stated we should have read reviews first!

Hotel is a perfect location for the riverfront. The hotel is very dated. It was clean as far as beds bathroom sink area but the rug was disgusting. The toilet is as low as the bathtub. The bathroom is so small it’s hard to maneuver.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room itself was ok, needs a deep clean . The building is old and out of date. We had a "lovely" view of the wall and stairs out side our window.

The hotel needs a remodel. The facilities were not clean and the paint was very dirty. The room had a musty odor and the beds need replacement. The bathroom also needs to be re-done.
