First of all, we cannot say enough good things about the staff!! So attentive and nice. Really made our stay. The hotel is so convenient to everything.
It is just feeling a bit tired. Worn curtains, no tv remote. Noisy plumbing and lamps that don’t work. I think the facility needs a refresh. Add that to the great staff and you would have a 5 star hotel.

Lovely old hotel. Great and friendly staff. Only thing was a bit of black mold on tile in tub which was distracting from the charm of old building. Other than that would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in a great location to restaurants,shopping,historic Savannah

Very nice hotel. Outsanding location. Friendly service. Nice size room with wonderful views including a gorgeous sunrise. Modest charge for parking with in and out privileges and easy access. Overall an excellent value for Savannah.

Booked last minute due to unforeseen need to stay an extra night. Patrick at front desk was very helpful at getting us in to our room much earlier than 4pm check-in so we didn't have to live out of our car the whole day. Hotel lobby very nice and quiet. Our room was a standard queen and clean, comfy. Mattress seemed a bit dated and likely needs replacing soon. Bathroom really the only down rating. Very dated and seemed out of place to not bring the overall room experience together.

Wonderful location. Quaint inn with historic decor. Every person working there was extremely helpful and welcoming. My only suggestion would be to add tea bags to the room coffee area. I would stay here again.

We were there overnight and did not spend too much time on the property. The staff was friendly and helpful. Located within walking distance of downtown. River Street and great restaurants.

Nice old house atmosphere. Staff helpful and friendly. Cookies at night were a treat. Bed very comfortable.

I wished they would have cream for coffee not Coffee mate and some muffins etc as a continental breakfast as it is an inn, staff was wonderful though
