Smooth and fast check in and very friendly receptionist.
The hotel room is very big, it’s clean and tidy too.

Checkin was good but hard to understand what the lady was saying she spoke so low.. Had to keep asking her what she was saying..The hotel was nice and clean… Safe surroundings which is a Plus! Would definitely stay again 💕

We were disappointed. After a long drive, we were looking forward to sleeping well before our big day the next day. Instead, we were kept awake by the neighbors blasting their t.v., people running down the hall screaming continuously while slamming doors, and if that didn't make it bad enough, we were placed in a room below a family with young kids who did (what sounded like) cartwheels all over the ceiling (their floor) until midnight. I think this hotel needs to be more observant about who they put, where, according to the purpose of their stay. We let the hotel know ahead of time (when making the reservation) that we were on a business trip.

The breakfast to be old. Milk was warm and chunky, gravy taste sour and old, sausage was empty.

Wonderful stay. I Had surgery the next morning (we live over 2 hours away) our front desk clerk was super friendly, helpful and caring. Gave us the quitest room there, with its own shorthallway so I could get a peaceful nights sleep, very thoughtful!

I arrived at appx 10pm with my two small children to check in only to be greated with the receptionist in the front telling me that I have to call ******* to get a refund because they do not rent to locals. This is not listed on any of the hotel info on ******* and definitely discriminatory in nature. He pulled a paper sign from the office door that said "Stop renting to locals". Not to mention my license address is old as I no longer lived in that area which I also explained. I will be reporting this and no member of my family will stay at Country Inn again.

Walls were too thin. Even after moving rooms I could easily hear my neighbor and it didn't seem like their TV volume was so loud. I wondered if they could hear me. Thankfully they went to be by 11:00
