Great location!!! Everything is in walking distance from the hotel.

Hotel staff was rude. Room was dirty and toilet ran all night for two nights.
Hotel went off line and no use of registers
Over charged me car parking when I didn’t have a car. Very disappoint

I feel like there is zero value here. I paid a ridiculous amount of money and got a dirty coffee machine( the water holding compartment was full of some flakey stuff), a dirty sink, no toiletries, and a banged up and super loud a/c. The staff however were super nice! However, I will never stay here again as I paid $900 for two nights stay, and the rooms are just standard rooms. I could have stayed anywhere for that kind of money. One of the fees was a “destination” fee for $25. Yay! I arrived. Charge me money?

Amazing location. Check in went amazingly smooth. Even though the line was out the door with a conference that was coming in. Staff at the desk had worked over 12 hours straight and still had a smile on their face.
Room was comfortable, but the walls/door are extremely thin and the wall AC unit was making noises all night. I could hear people coming and going in the hallway and outside the windows which kept me up most of the night.

The hotel AM staff was a pleasant experience, however the evening were less than helpful and rude.
The room needs some upgrades, small sink in bathroom.

Good location, valets were great with service. Front desk staff lacked customer service skills, not welcoming. Price was expensive for what you received in a room. Could not check in until 4pm. Bar not staffed or open on a Saturday afternoon.
