Very nice hotel, convenient to River Walk and many restaurants. Nicely updated comfortable room and excellent, friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend to all travelers.

Bedding was not great, room service was not good, no maid service/ clean towels. Good budget hotel if you just want to be close to the Historic district.

If you are going to allow dogs, you need to be on top of cleaning. Cleaning isn’t their top priority. Sheets were visibly dirty, asked for fresh sheets and changed them myself. No microwave and refrigerator didn’t work, very inconvenient. The phone in the room did not work and I had to go to the front desk from the 3rd floor when I needed new linen. Tried to call from my cell but took a while to get through. The restaurant was great, no issues there. Complimentary wine was cool during their cocktail hour. Overall, wouldn’t recommend mainly due to the inconveniences and cleanliness. Only option is to valet park or either be super inconvenienced. We were rushed to get our belongings out the car so valet could park other cars. We opted out due to the ridiculous fee of $45 a night. Just was not a great experience, was expecting more from this spot.

Very nice hotel and huge plus that they allow dogs! The hotel is in a perfect location, walkable to anywhere in Savannah and right on the water. We would definitely stay again!

I loved this hotel. I will definitely look for Kimpton hotels in the future! Little touches like coffee, hot, chocolate, and daily free happy hour, PLUS the free doggie stay are awesome perks. The hotel was very nice & everyone was so friendly. This location was excellent, right across from the river and street parking readily available. The Kimpton Brice made our New Years trip truly fantastic.

Hotel was lovely and room was clean. However front desk was not knowledgeable regarding procedures. Friend and I were sharing room. I called twice to make sure friend could check in without me because only my name appeared on reservation (they would not add hers). Second person promised she could check in. (Friend showed confirmation email from hotel). Needless to say she could not check in. Found out my entire stay was charged before arrival. (should have been paying at hotel not before). Friend and I were splitting cost of room). She was charged 1/2 and I was charged full amount. Still Waiting for credit. BTW I am an IHG preferred guest which was on reservation.

I raved and raved about how I only like staying at Kimpton’s and talked my family (finally) into staying at this one. Mistake. Air in room broken so it was like sleeping in a sauna, outlets in room didn’t charge our devices over night, never got towels we asked for from housekeeping (trice). They also charge $44 for overnight valet when you can park on street for like $12.
