Incredible Experience! I arrived just before noon as hurricane Debbie was approaching Savannah. When I asked the front desk clerk (forgot her name unfortunately) if she had any rooms available to check in, she informed me that she didn’t have any King bed available but does have 2 Queen which I could have. I gladly accepted. She was extremely apologetic that there wasn’t any king room available - I was just glad there was something. It goes without saying that the customer service training and her personal kindness made an amazing check in experience. The room was immaculate, not a speck of anything on the floor. The Wifi was perfect as I had a zoom call to make. Will absolutely recommend and definitely stay in this hotel on my way to Florida

This is an incredibly unsafe area. There is no infrastructure for pedestrians, cyclists, or anyone who is not in a car. The hotel is fine, clean, friendly staff, great amenities, and nice breakfast. But Holiday Inn/IHG must be held accountable for maintaining a property that is entirely centered around the automobile. Property owners and management need to work with local planning authorities to make this a safe area for pedestrians. Until then, I would not recommend staying here.

best hotel. staff is great and nice and kind. furnell sharon and girl on 3 rd shift so helpful. maids great too. ann is wonderful in breakfast. good food too thx them all give them lunch lee browning. bluffton sc clean rooms. good bed bath clean. warm heat.

Work sent me down to Pooler for 10 days. Come back from working 10 hours to find out money is missing from my bag and my toothbrush head is on the counter Nothing like working and coming back to going through everything to see if everything is still there.

We stayed for one nights as a stop over on our way to Florida. When I checked in I was told the pool was open but hot tub was not working. Upon entering the pool area and before I could stop my kids from jumping in, you were hit with a horrible smell of dirty stagnant water. It was pretty bad and we only lasted a few minutes in the pool. The hotel itself needs some updating. The room was ok. The beds were comfortable. There were some stains on the couch it just seemed like it could use a better cleaning. I think for the price I paid j would stay at one of the other hotels in the area that seem newer and nicer.

My husband and I were pleased with booking this hotel for stay before our flight the next day. Front desk personnel, breakfast staff, and van driver were exceptional…. Well managed hotel… comfortable and clean. One of the best at the Savannah airport!

Several times before. This time I came back to hotel was super clean the rooms looks like they've been renovated. The assistant manager was extremely courteous and friendly and got all my work done. And I'll definitely be back here again. I didn't eat cuz my flight was at 6:00 but the whole area was extremely clean and I was quite surprised

Room was not well cleaned. Food along the base of the beds and walls. Curtains very dirty with dust balls falling onto bed when opening and closing. Basically, the entire hotel was from a previous one. All old furniture from 10yrs ago it seems including the beds and couches which were stained, so i did not sit on it. Old lamps with poor lighting. Just the whole look and feel of the hotel is old and not inviting. Bottom line that and others from the relaunch of the Holiday Inn Expresses are not modernized like the ones that were built.
