It is set within the grounds of a manor house. and backs onto a wood. There is a private garden and patio immediately outside the cottage for sunbathing and bar-b-queing. which overlooks the moat and the grounds of the manor house. There is a 10m by 5m swimming pool with adjacent jacuzzi. terrace and seating area. This is shared with one other gite and the owner s family. The pool and terrace benefit from beautiful views over the Auvezere valley. There is also a badminton court adjacent to the pool.There are very quiet roads. and even quieter woodland paths. adjacent to the cottage in which to walk and cycle. You can easily walk to the river Auvezere. where you can swim. canoe. or admire the horseshoe falls at La Forge du Savignac.
