The hotel was extremely clean and offered a full breakfast, pool, and fitness center. Every single person who worked at the hotel was friendly and very helpful.

服務一般，房間設施較陳舊，尤其是空調，很老有些地方還生銹了。枕頭較小沒有長枕頭。衞生間比較乾淨，咖啡機很小迷你型但不是很乾凈。房間比較大不是13平米，要大一些。早餐真心一般，可吃的東西太少。吃飯時，服務員就在旁邊的桌子上噴清潔劑擦桌子，感覺很不舒服也不衞生。

We were greeted very personal and professionally. Our room was handicap accessible. It definitely fit the description with enough to get around in a wheelchair in both the room and bathroom.

Very outdated and I got a room with a balcony because I have a child who has panic attacks and needs fresh air from time to time in a hurry and the door was nearly impossible to open

i only have one issue with my stay, and it was the charge for the incidentals, i have had issues in the past with other hotels getting the incidentals money back, i stay at this particular hotel several times a year, and this is the first time i have paid this fee

The curtain for the hot tub to be able to take an actual shower was broken so you couldnt properly shut the curtain there was mold growing on the vents above the hot tub and the bed protector that’s supposed to be zipped up around the mattress wasn’t even fully on the bed or zipped shut. Heat in the room was cold and didn’t properly heat the room.
