Front desk staff not overly friendly. Hotel hall way and stair well smells like mildew/mold. Room smelt so bad, cigarette smell horrible. Beds were comfortable, pillows were good!

Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience. My wife has asthma, we found the hotel to have a 'very' strong odor of some chemical ( cleaning agent maybe ). We were less than five minutes in the hotel when we decided we could not stay in the room. Adding insult to injury the hotel refused to give a refund. We never even brought our luggage in...good thing, maybe.

Property needs up dating and renovating. Mold around bath tub, holes in the wall where previous handicap rails were placed, locks do not work on doors to rooms and overly used air fresheners . We were switched to 3 different rooms because of these problems. Only after back and forth conversations with the front desk. They did not want to move us to a different room until my husband talked to them.

Room was dirty, it smelled bad like possible smoke. Staff felt like you were bothering them.

There was no coffee in the room. The AC worked great. The breakfast was stone, cold, including the coffee.

Everything excelent just the water in the pool was cold :( we can’t use but everything was more than Amazing the staff so very friendly and the service excellent defenitly we come back soon.

Rooms were not cleaned. Had to go ask for towels. There was a bad smell throughout the hotel. Very strong smell of perfume.
Breakfast wasnt great. Not a lot to choose. Apple juice tasted like syrup.

Our room had blood on the wall and shower curtain and reaked of cigarettes, and the door didn’t lock. After complaining we were told to wait and then after 20 minutes of taking other customers first, they offered to move our room. We wanted a refund but couldnt get one because we booked through *******. Our new room also stunk of cigarettes and other customers all were complaining about the same issues and didnt get refunded either. The water also smelled like sewage and there were no screens in the windows. Also the elevator was scary and past it’s inspection date which they actually cut off so there is no date at all on there. I will never stay here again.
