Fantastic seafront location, lovely apar**ent very friendly reception staff. Underground parking. Pool not massive but ok for a dip.

The receptionist was courteous and welcoming, our apar**ent was nice & clean, also with a great veiw the ocean directly across the road. The restaurants are in walking distance with plenty of places to eat. I will diffenately be back. What a great spot

The shower did not work the entire weekend. No one attended to my request to fix it and then when I raised a complaint about it at departure it was dismissed. Otherwise, the apar**ent was lovely and the location is perfect.

Everything was fine property getting a little tired but enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Great location and friendly staff, awesome views with plenty close by. Downside during our visit was people next door kept smoking outside so every time we wanted to enjoy the view or balcony we got greeted with smoke. Also the bathrooms could do with some TLC, tile grout in shower was dirty and shower leaked water all night long.

Excellent stay in very comfortable unit. All your needs in kitchen were met.

The travellers, my husband and his cousin travelling around Australia, were arriving by a late flight from Sydney - the property was notified about it and they left the key in the box. However, the directions to the apar**ent was not clear in the map. The guys had large heavy suitcases which they had to carry around while they looked for the apar**ent. At one point they called the caretaker, whose number was provided in case any assistance was needed. After several ring outs, the caretaker finally answered in a very sleepy voice and said 'you've got your key, I can't do anything'. Finally, an elderly couple joined them in finding the apar**ent and finally located it. The apar**ent seemed to be falling in pieces. It was like a roach motel - smelled musty and unaired, the carpet had stains and possibly not been cleaned for ages, the paint was peeling and there was mould in the corners and skirting. There was only one small air-conditioniner in the lounge (this should have been left on to cool the place) and the entire apar**ent was hot and stifling. The pictures posted about the hotel and the apar**ent did not match the real thing. My husband and his cousin were so disgusted by this point of time that they just left. We are seasoned travellers and have travelled extensively in Australia, but this is possibly the worst experience when it comes to a hotel which has been listed on sites like TripAdvisor and *********** - guests go with certain expectations in mind and are so disappointed and disgusted when they see the reality that they are forced to leave in the middle of the night.

Excellent location, walking distance to the beach and very good dining options - safe, secure parking. Well maintained property. Will be back!

We've stayed here quite a few times and it's still the perfect place to stay for access to the beach, proximity to shops etc. We always book the two bedroom with partial ocean view. They are always well presented and comfortable. Being fully self contained it's so easy to make your own meals and save a few holiday dollars. You can either sit inside at the table inside or outside on the balcony watching the sun set over the ocean. Coming from the Eastern States we often arrive late at night, but it's easy to get the key from the lock box to access the accommodation and see reception in the morning. Service here is always with a smile. Parking is available either under the accommodation or just out the front. Wi-fi was via password and was fast and consistent. We had a washing machine and dryer, as well as a clothes airer. A real home away from home. We really enjoyed our stay again and will definitely be back.
