Tina the landlady was very welcoming and friendly. The accommodation was very clean and organised with a nice hearty breakfast. convenient for the town center 15 mins walk and the south beach 15 mins walk Overall a very nice stay and would recommend

Such a lovely place to stay . Me and my boyfriend have just spend the weekend there (a 2 night stay) the host was very attentive and made us feel at home . Breakfast was great and included which was even better ! And the rooms were so clean , cosy and looked after(as shown in the picture I took below) . We will definitely be returning thank you for a lovely stay Linda and enjoy Barcelona !!!

From the moment we arrived Tina the owner made us very welcome, she was friendly bubberley ensuring everything was ok, our room was very clean, extra bedding if required even a extra heater if you wanted it, breakfast was great arriving nice and hot, with a grest choice, no complaints, Tina was very compassionate after my wife tripped and broke a bone in her wrist when out and about, so will definitely making a return visit .

Stayed here for 3 night's as part of my theatre visit.Despite being a solo traveller I was lucky to have a double bedded room which was comfortable and spotlessly clean.Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice.Tina is the perfect host and thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

By far the best small hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Immaculately presented, spotlessly clean, and nothing too much trouble. A real home from home, and we are already planning our next stay!

What an amazing guest house. The place is absolutely immaculate. Absolute quality. Breakfast was absolutely amazing and you get to choose from a fantastic variety the night before (juices coffees teas cereals toasts and the hot breakfast even how you want your eggs). Lovely quiet location. We never stay at the same place twice in Scarborough because there's so many however this little gem will be our go too from now on. I've never met such a fantastic host like Tina. Nothing was a problem for her. See you next year
