Comfort Suites Chicago O'Hare Airport

I arrived at 2:30 am and the shuttle bus worked fine. I had a great night sleep. Unfortunately I had to get up at 8:30 am to have breakfast as it closes at 9:00 am during the week. Breakfast was standard. I would definetely stay again.

Do not stay here! They have BEDBUGS!!!! We checked in, and checked our rooms as we always do, and the room had bedbugs! We left immediately and spoke to the Very Rude night clerk at the desk who pretended to be shocked and I asked if they actually knew and he said "The weather is getting warmer and that brings out all sorts of things we cant really control!" We told the worker Al he said his name was, to come ip and see for himself and he refused and confiscated our room keys. They offered us another room which was a Big No Thank you, They absolutely Refused to refund us for our 2 nights stay which we Did not even stay 5 mins!!!!! We showed him the bugs on paper towel and he tried to grab it and toss it out before I could get a photo but I did.

Worthy to live in if you need to take the flight in ORD in very early morning.

Great hotel to stay. Clean and comfortable. Cehck in is fast. Friendly front desk staff. Airport shuttle is quick too.

The hotel was under construction, the uno pizzeria had no AC ! The lobby was smelly, although the hotel was smoke free ! Very dirty hotel in general! The rooms were also very old with leaking water. The only decent part was the shuttle to the airport, apart from that it was just a bad stay

This Hotel is in a perfect location from O Hare Airport. The neighborhood is clean, safe quiet and there is Chasers bar and grill right next door. The shuttle drivers and fast and efficient and the front desk staff is very helpful to the guests. The other guests here all seem to be enjoying their stays as well from what I saw.

Room is clean . Shuttle bus service is excellent. It’s very punctual and helping ro carrying luggages

Rooms are dated, breakfast basic. Shuttle service was great and so was the reception staff

Good as before, helpful 24/7 shuttle and easy check in process good employees and near a couple stores, spacious room I recommend as I did before.
