Clean and nice hotel with a good location. Close to the park with many routes. Nearby is a large supermarket. The only problem is that in the rooms where I lived it was very stuffy in August and it was problematic to open the windows because of mosquitoes. There is no air conditioning.

We received the day before check in an email with our room number 365 (with a nice view) and how to find the key when you arrive late. We arrived at 16h00 and the lady at the reception gave us room 327 (with a view to a wall from the house next door). When we asked for our normal this was not possible.

Mainly suitable for guests with cars. Less suitable for families with young children who prefer vacations with many recreational activities.

Staff of resort is very friendly and helpful. Dive car for travel is recommended. The open hours of reception should be noticed for check in.

The resort is comfortable, roomy and the area is charming. We've never driven in Europe before, but it helped us visit many castles in the area. Every day was new and exciting, and then so nice to end each day in our suite. We started each morning at the little coffee trailer down the road for coffee and a pastry. Might want to bring an eye mask due to the long days. The morning sun can be quite bright. The nice part about the long days was all the time we had to enjoy the Reine River areas.

Fantastic area to visit, if you enjoy the outdoors. Plenty to do and see. The small towns in the area were picturesque, we loved getting out and just walking in the towns. The National Park has a very interesting history and was quite a beautiful place to visit and explore. The resort itself is quite nice, I would not call it luxurious, by any means, but it had everything you need to have a good time. I would recommend this resort to anyone who likes to get out and explore the area. It's not a place where you stay at your resort.

The location is great if you have a car. Lots of places to go hiking and quaint villages within an hour or less of a drive. The actual resort is OK. Sauna has to be booked a day in advance, plenty of CD’s to watch for free, washing machines are free to use. Apartment had everything we needed.

The place is clean. The surrounding area is quiet. Parking is not a problem, there’s a lot of available spaces. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. Area is safe. I forgot to lock our vehicle and nothing happened to it. Travel light because there are no elevators. No tub in the bathroom. There’s wifi and tv.
