Schberin HBF から徒歩1分。 主要の電車はこちらのみなのでとても立地が良かったです。 街のショッピングモール街やシュヴェリン城までも歩いて行ける距離でした。 夜遅くのチェックインでしたが暖かい接客でとても安心しました。 お部屋も綺麗で快適に過ごせました。

Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Es gab auch Kaffee zum mitnehmen. Dank der Lage war alles Fußläufig zu erreichen. Busse sowie Züge nach Wismar bzw. Rostock waren vor der Tür und dank 9€ Ticket äußerst günstig.

Awarie mogą się zdarzyć zawsze. Nie można jednak usprawiedliwić nieprofesjonalnego i bezczelnego obchodzenia się z nim. Co się stało? Pomimo pisemnej rezerwacji, w której ogłoszono, że jestem osobą na wózku inwalidzkim, podczas odprawy zwięźle powiedziano mi, że jedyny pokój bez barier jest zajęty. Powinienem wziąć normalny pokój. Na szczycie przyszło tak, jak miało nadejść. Drzwi do normalnych pokoi są zbyt wąskie! Wróćmy więc do recepcji. Tam pracownik odpowiedział, że nie popełnił błędu i zapytał, czy rzeczywiście zarezerwowałem pokój dla niepełnosprawnych. Dopiero gdy pokazałem mu swoje zastrzeżenie, zaczął się starać. Ale nie po to, żeby zorganizować dla mnie odpowiedni pokój w innym hotelu, ale po to, żeby ponownie wyprowadzić gościa hotelowego, który miał ten pokój. Więc nie tylko jeden zły gość, ale dwóch! W tym momencie to mi wystarczyło i dostałem alternatywę. Pracownikowi wyraźnie ulżyło, ale w tym momencie byłoby miło usłyszeć przeprosiny. Nic! Powiedzieli, że kierownik hotelu skontaktuje się ze mną następnego dnia. Ale pozostało z ogłoszeniem. Dobre zarządzanie kryzysowe jest zdecydowanie inne!

Jak zwykle w przypadku hoteli InterCity, najwyższa lokalizacja tuż przy placu dworcowym. Na szczęście oceny HRS (średnia tylko 6,2, normalnie nie rezerwuję hoteli ＜ 8) mnie nie zniechęciły, absolutnie nie rozumiem krytyki tam podanej. Oczywiście hotel z zewnątrz nie wygląda zachęcająco (w stylu bunkra NRD), ale w środku wszystko jest w porządku. Na pewno nie najnowocześniejszy obiekt, ale kogo to obchodzi na koniec dnia? Pokój był dobrej wielkości, łóżko było wygodne, a pokój i łazienka były czyste. Wszystko to ze śniadaniem za 73 euro w stolicy stanu - stosunek jakości do ceny jest po prostu świetny! Bufet śniadaniowy zawierał wszystko, czego oczekiwałbym od hotelu w tym przedziale cenowym, ni mniej, ni więcej. Wyraźna rekomendacja na relaksujący pobyt w Schwerinie!

Good points about this hotel: it is literally next to the train station, its breakfast is very good, and being next to the train station, there are bus and trams also on the doorstep. It is, however, about a 15|20 minute walk to the centre of town and, apart from takeaway places and the bakery/cafe at the station, there are no places to eat nearby. The pillows are feather- love them or hate them, and the big disadvantage of being so close to the trams is you hear them. I was in a room facing the station and could hear them until about 11pm. As stated, there is a heater, but no cooling/air, so had to choose between being stuffy or being loud. Also, as stated, no minibar, just the cabinet where it was. Overall, it was value for money, especially as I was using it as a base to get to other cities. It is also about 500 from the big city lake, a pleasant walk in the morning or evening. It seems to be used mainly as a business hotel. I would stay again

....directly at the Schwerin central station located at a large square. We had a room facing the square which was ok but specially during summer time it can get noisy during the evenings as people are meeting and partying there. Otherwise the location is good, just a short walk to the center of the city and connected from there is the castle. Public transport, as you would expect, directly at the square. The room itself was basic, nothing fancy. There used to be a mini fridge in the room but this was taken out. Not sure if other rooms have one. Wlan was very slow and not useable for us. Breakfast, we did not used. I booked the room directly via the hotel webpage and I am gold member of Bahn.bonus which is the loyalty program of german rail. According to this there are some benefits connected with it like late checkout on request which we did not use as I had an early departure. The other benefits should have been a large bottle of water waiting in the room, a drink voucher valid for a glas of beer, wine, soft drink or coffee and 100 bonus points. Thats the theory. Check-in was quick and easy and my german rail number was noted, points should have been credited next day (according to two employees). Five days later they still have not arrived on my account. Going to the room there was no water bottle or anything else. After sighseeing we stopped at the reception and I asked about it. I was then told that the large water bottle is not offered in the rooms anymore since this was stopped during Covid. Another money saving here. There was a fridge next to the reception and you could buy one there. They could have easily just gave me one but no. So this benefit was gone. The drink voucher was then a 0.25l water bottle on my choice sparkling or non-sparkling. Again here, they had also wine and beer in that fridge for sale. It would have been one or two euros spending for the hotel to make it right but they did not and I would not stay again.

Very dated hotel. The key card system into the room is very poor. I kept having to go downstairs to get it fixed. Had to go down twice one time, then had to use their staff key…helpful but very annoying and time consuming. Is clean but as I said very dated. Staff offer basic service, only one there so can be slow. Location was good right next to station. But is a very small town so a short walk to another hotel is not much of a difference. It was last minute to stay after a long day, so I would do some research and find a better hotel next time. Not worth the price.

The hotel and the location were excellent. The only down fall was the parking issue was only in a public stall for a few and the lack of air conditioning in the rooms. Other then that the hotel was great.
