The entire staff from front desk to housekeeping went above and beyond to assist us in our stay. We had an issue with something left in the room and they were wonderful in contacting us an arranging getting the property back to us.
Nicole at the front desk was wonderful in helping us out.

Extremely clean and updated look. I loved the hot tub and pool. One TV remote didn't work and I found the pillows uncomfortable. Otherwise an amazing hotel.

The hotel is convenient to shopping and restaurants and highways!
The staff is professional and accommodating.
The hotel is clean and updated. The room was a nice size.
The bed was okay- a bit soft. Not sure if it was regular mattress or a platform bed but it was clean.

Hotel was excellent. Service in the morning was horrible. Was told breakfast was at 6, based our departure on this information. Arrived downstairs at 6:30 and was very rudely told by the receptionist breakfast wasn’t ready. After discussing what we were told and what the sign said she again rudely said she’d let us grab something quickly. Nothing was ready so we basically ate a bagel. As I was loading my car the receptionist again rudely asked my wife if we were checking out. Because of her previous rudeness my wife ignored her. The receptionist persisted to the point of shouting at my wife!! This ruined a perfectly good stay!

We travel the entire country and this is one of the best maintained properties we have ever stayed at. All of the staff are pleasant and professional.

A wonderful stay at a safe, clean hotel. Adjacent to a Starbucks and plenty of parking. Hotel staff are very friendly. A good value.
