Continental breakfast is set out and no attendant so we figured it was complimentary but then got a charge for $10 each. I had only a bagel so I complained and they removed the charge, but I believe they should tell you when you check in and there should be a sign at the plates.

I was very impressed and thankful of how accommodating the staff were. Great location for easy access to dining and shopping options. We didn't mind that the building is a bit old and the night life around the hotel got noisy.

Nice place, comfortable bed, great window shade that kept out all the light, friendly staff. A/C was a bit noisy. I would stay there again.

Our room was very cold all night. No matter how hot we would put it it’s like the heat was not working.

The room was very dark with only one lamp for lighting in the room. The bathroom had hair on the floor that was not swept, there was hair on the bed as well. There was water damage on the bathroom door, no fan in the bathroom. The toilet had a huge hole on the top.
The shower water got all over the floor because of how the shower was set up.
It was a quick overnight stay with my Husband due to an early flight, will probably never stay there again.

Really enjoy myself at hotel. For it was in central of entertainment and shopping area of old town scottsdale.

The location of the property is in a great location in the heart of Scottsdale. However, because of that there is A LOT of street noise especially in the night hours. So much so that Aloft actually provides you with earplugs, which is a good touch on their side. The hotel itself is ver antiquated and not in a good way. You can tell that it’s an older building. Don’t expect it to be like other Aloft hotels that are more kept up with. Overall, it’s an okay place if you just plan to sleep and shower in.
