Hilton Vacation Club Scottsdale Links Resort

The property is beautiful and well kept! The pools are warm and wonderful! Our condo was spacious - my only suggestion would be to improve the lighting in the bathrooms. Otherwise it is a great place to stay in Scottsdale!!

We have stayed here several times. Very nice facility and conveniently located. The only negative might be the lack of elevators- this doesn’t bother my wife or me but we are in good shape. However we aren’t the typical 74 year olds and some might find the stairs challenging, especially if you get a third floor suite.

We love staying here. Great property, staff, convenient to West World. The furniture needs a little refresh and living room tv location is not convenient/comfortable to watch from sofa.

Staff is the highlight! Chris and the delightful young lady next to him were great at check in. So was Kay. Very spacious rooms with lots of room to unpack. The furnishings and carpet are a bit dated and pretty basic, but property is well maintained.

Nice place. Staff could be more polite instead of acting like it’s a chore to check people in. We are GUESTS and that it their job. Smile or a friendly hello go a long way. (Middle age woman with brown frizzy/curly hair)!!

Resort was very clean and spacious. Even had our own dishwasher, washing machine and dryer! We will definitely be back!!

Told us when we checked in that we would have our room cleaned on the following Saturday and Wednesday. Saturday towels changed out and nothing else. When I called about the service I was told that they only did "tidy up" which is ok if we had been told when we checked in.. Wednesday did not show up to do anything Called and they came the next day. OK service. When we checked in the table and all of the wood tops were very dusty. Safe did not work when we got there. Maintenance came and "fixed" it. Came in one evening & safe did not work. "fixed it" and still had to come the following day. After we checked out on Sunday we received an email saying they were charging us $75 for a broken phone. Phone was not broken when we left. I was basically told that the information they had was correct and we would be charged. Guess i am lying. We have stayed here for the past 24 years and never had such horrible experience When we checked in I inquired about a ground floor room and was told that they had none. I put in this request when I made the reservations a year ago.

We are 2 72 yr old women and 1 67 yr old person and they expect us to take our own luggage up 3 long flights of stairs!!!! No elevator No Help!! We went back to the front desk and they had no bottom floor condos. So we got a refund and left

I have never stated in a place worth this the. I requested they give me one room downstairs and one room upstairs as my mom is handicapped. They did not do so, they give me both rooms upstairs which forced me to sleep in the car with my mom overnight. I took another room and the staff we incredibly rude. They never tried to help and spoke in an incredibly rude langauge. We asked for the manager and he or she never came. My travel was a nightmare and the staff is the worst people I have ever dealt with. I seriously do not recommend any travelers to stays here, these people will give your stay one of the worst experiences.
