The property is in need of plumbing repairs. Our ground floor room had such poor drainage in the shower that we were standing in two inches of water as the shower was being run.

Decent, no frills, spacious room. Room was clean, a/c a bit loud, breakfast ok. We booked this hotel to visit the Scottsdale stadium for spring training. About a 10 minute walk to the stadium and also close walk to old town and downtown. It was very convenient and we felt safe walking around there at night.

I don’t who is submitting good reviews for this place; I guess they must be Hyatt employees. It is dated, dingy and dirty. It is in desperate need of complete renovation. Only plus point is location adjacent to Old Town, but this can also be a negative if you don’t like noise.

Nice staff, room was clean. They have a "Night-Club" next door now, on weekends. Ask for a room away from it.

It was a great hotel. Walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale, Scottsdale Stadium (where the Giants Spring Training occurs) and the Fashion Square Mall. It was excellent. We really liked the breakfast choices, the big screen TV and the amenities. Great stay! Thank you

We stayed 2 nights and specifically chose to book this hotel bc of the positive reviews we read. Our experience was entirely different than what we expected. We areived to find the underside of the toilet lid with a hige splatter of vomit drilling down it. Each night of our stay, we woken up precisely at 2:38am by cars streetracing and doing smokeshows in the adjacent parking lot. For a solid thirty minutes, we were subjected to noisy, drunk club goers walking past. I would strongly recommend booking elsewhere if you are traveling with children.

Enjoyed the hotel and would given full 5 stars but it is located next to a night club which the patrons get extremely loud on the weekends around 2am.
