I am used to great hospitality, I am from Malaysia, but staff from Comfort Inn exceeded our expectation. They went above and beyond regular service when they had to evacuate our things while we're still conferencing. The care and mindfulness of their housekeeping staff was truly commendable. Thank you most sincerely.

Breakfast was great all weekend until Monday. Parking was difficult to nearby attractions. Rooms were only cleaned upon request.

This visit was my 4th visit. I like this hotel because it is usually clean, quiet, beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is decent. Plus, the staff are extremely polite. This stay was a bit different, as our room was not clean. The sheets and towels were changed (clean); however, the floors, counters, tabletops, and couch were all dirty. The front desk manager offered to change rooms, but I did not want to gather everything and move; so, he sent up two very nice ladies to clean our room and they did a good job. I will stay there again, just because overall my experiences there have been very good.

Room was very comfortable. A few small miscues with housekeeping (missed emptying bathroom trash). Location was great for all games played on the east side of Spring training. Plan well in advance if you need a west side game as it will take a while. The Pop Stroke mini-golf facility is a gem.

The facility was very clean and well maintained. Beds were comfy. The location was perfect for our stay. There was lots to do in the surrounding area. Wi-Fi was good. The “In hotel” breakfast options were the usual choices and enough for starting our day. The heating/cooling unit was very loud, though. We turned it off at night - which may not be a comfortable option in the summer heat.

Simple accommodations and a great stay overall. Walking distance to many attractions. Would certainly stay there again when in Scottsdale!
