The ladies at the front desk were super nice and very helpful. The room on the other hand, not so pleasant. Wallpaper peeling back, rooms have little lighting, our room had a used “stiff” towel on the shower curtain. Thankfully we had two beds because the one had a washcloth with makeup on it and hair throughout. Iron and/or ironing board smelled of mildew. For the cost and name that resonates with “Hilton” this was not it.

Poor location. Rooms need updating. Air conditioning poor. $17.00 for parking. 🙁
Breakfast not included. ☹️
I will stay at Fairfield Marriott next time.

Stayed here before, great location in town, walking distance to many great restaurants. Didnt realize it was day of St Patty's day parade in Scranton so hotel bar was packed and celebrating! Not ideal with 2 teens in tow, but not a major issue. Only real complaint was no towels in bathroom, except used one left on floor. Again, pretty minor and easily fixed.

Everything was okay besides the room Debi d, we order things and didn’t get everything we asked for and what it was suppose to come with. The food was also cold

Wallpaper was peeling off the walls and had many stains. When I took a shower in the morning the soap/bodywash dispenser in the shower was empty so I had no soap. Around 10 am I was woken up by someone knocking on my door even though I had the Privacy Please sign hanging on the door handle. Since the person knocked numerous times and wasn’t leaving I had to get up and answer the door. It was Houskeeping asking if I needed them to clean my room. I said I am checking out at noon. They asked if I needed anything. I was quite annoyed.

We had an amazing time. The place is older and in need of some TLC, but everything works, beds are comfortable, room was spacey with a lovely bathroom and Big tv. The pool was fun and breakfast very good. Emily in the reception was AMAZING! The sweetest and most helpful receptionist, I have ever met! Give her a raise!!

Check in on the hotels policy is listed for 3pm... We arrived bout 2:30pm expecting to have the ability to check into the hotel at that time as we respectfully submitted a special request to the hotel property that was properly submitted to the hotel property as outlined in the hotel policy.
