Terrible service was horrible got sick from pool had ************ out side my door

Not soo good but acceptable, not smells good, pool not too big

Bed was clean, didn't see any bugs. Beds comfortable and fluffy pillows. Breakfast had granola bars, yogurt, apples and bananas, and push-button coffee. Property itself is in obvious disrepair, but this is an inexpensive place to crash so was not expecting the Ritz, just a clean bed and shower. Did not have a chance to check out the indoor pool but it looked nice enough from afar. Would have rated better but upon showering in the AM noticed a hairy used washcloth with hanging from the shower curtain bar, not one we used. Taking off a point for the ick factor.

Currently staying at the Days Inn. Very affordable. Pool is warm. Hot tub is HOT. Room is adequate. Bed are soft. Views are nice. Request a mountain view room if possible. The skyline at night is actually very beautiful. I wish I brought binoculars. Basic cable. Wifi is strong. Breakfast is grab-and-go. Prepackaged stuff. Not a lot of seating. They are currently undergoing renovations too. The lobby restrooms were under maintenance. Housekeeping staff are helpful, but you have to catch them before 3pm. Can't beat the price.

The pictures look nothing like the actual place. There were mice droppings, rooms smelled horrid, cigarette butts everywhere, burn marks on the covers of the bed, breakfast looked disgusting. This whole hotel is a scam

Good place , helpful staff, ample parking and most importantly great location. Property is under new ownership so renovations are going on. We stayed in one of the newer rooms and they are upgrading even those. Will definitely visit again.

More than just a place to sleep. It is budget friendly. We found a coupon or 69+tax in a travel flyer. For 78 dollars we had access to an indoor heated pool, a hot tub, a fitness center, there was a tavern on site, and we had a newly renovated room. TV package was basic, but we had a steaming device with us. I'd recommend bringing something that can stream. The bath towels were impressive. High quality. The beds were comfortable. More soft than fim. I couldn't be happier with the stay. The gentleman attending the front desk was extremely helpful in helping us find a place to eat. We visited a nearby seafood place at his recommendation. Everything he recommended had a story. Like local folklore or personal anecdotes. It was actually really charming. This will definitely be our place to stay whenever we are back in Scranton.

A little out of the way makes it perfect for a couples night out. Me and my fiancee stayed during the week for a Valentine's day get away. Jacuzzi room had a great view of the city and sky. The private hot tub easily fit two people. There is also a bigger hot tub in the guest pool area. And the pool was indoor and heated under a big glass roof. It was really cool to see the snow falling while warm and comfortable. They don't offer Honeymoon packages, but let me into the room early to decorate. Even recommended a local craft store to find rose petals. Great service. The difference in price to upgrade rooms is definitely worth it. It is right next to a bowling alley with an arcade and across the street from a drive in movie. it was closed for the season though. Great place for an affordable couples retreat.

This hotel is a health and safety concern and needs to be shut down. Stayed there this past weekend. Requested a room with a fridge. No fridge in room went back downstairs and they gave me a different room on the 3rd floor. Around 2am I got up to use the bathroom, turned on the light and saw a cockroach scurry across the bathroom. Gross. Killed it and left the bathroom. Saw another one near the door. Killed it. So now I’m panicking but exhausted so I stayed in the room and kept the lights on for the rest of the night. Obviously I didn’t sleep much. Finally got up and realized all my bags and food were all sitting out open. Went to put my makeup on and one ran out of my open bag. Called my husband and I kept hearing something from where my bags were at but didn’t see anything and I chalked it up to the adjoining room. Went downstairs and they said all they could do was move my room again but not right at that moment because they had no internet. I waited for a bit in my car and they offered me the new room. Moved all my bags up to the 4th floor. Started going through my bags and put my hand in my food bag, moved a bottle and a MOUSE started running around the bag like crazy. Insert blood curdling scream and a lot of crying on my part. Called someone to come up and they helped me with my bags downstairs and took care of my food bag and the rodent. I switched hotels after that. The hotel is a dump and should be shut down. Several people I know had issues with rooms and had to be switched. 2 people also had mice in their rooms. Also don’t eat the food there, if the mice are in guest rooms they are definitely in the kitchen and bar. I didn’t pay for my room. But I’ll be expecting some sort of compensation for all the food I had to toss and all my makeup which is now in the garbage. I am now slowly shaking out and thoroughly washing all of my clothes.
