Dairy Barns

When you book something online you never quite know what you're getting but what a gem we found in Dairy Barns. Lovely knowledgeable hosts, clean comfy rooms, great breakfasts, and magnificently located for access to the coast and the Broads. Once we'd sampled most of the local eateries, they were quite happy for us to bring in a take-away one evening, an unusual and welcome touch. The lovely friendly atmosphere permeated the building and the other guests - no sitting in silence over breakfast as in other places. We'll be back..

Wonderful short break, bright comfy spacious room with everything we needed. Friendly staff and Hannah was particularly knowledgable about the local area which was invaluable when only visiting for short time. Fabulous breakfast! Thank you we will definitely be back.

Thank you to Hannah and her team for a amazing stay at Dairy Barns. I stumbled across this wonderful place on line and booked 2 rooms for ourselves and some friends. Rooms are spacious, warm, cosy and well stocked with tea, coffee etc. an added touch was the lovely cake on arrival. There is a lovely lounge for guests to use which was an added benefit. The food was good quality and very tasty, with a large variety available. The staff were friendly and had a really good knowledge of the local area and interesting things to visit and explore, also a well stocked table with details of local walks etc. We would highly recommend a stay at this b&b.

I cannot thank Hannah enough for her amazing hospitality on our weekend stay in Norfolk. It was our first time exploring Norfolk and she had a wealth of knowledge on the area and things to do. If you are considering staying here.. please do! You won't regret it. Hannah even added some treats for us on arrival ❤️ Horsey and sea palling are a stones throw away and the Norfolk Broads aren't too far away in the car either! Stunning location for a quiet weekend away. We stayed in the swallows nest, which was topped off nicely with breakfast in bed! We will be returning again because it was a beautiful stay!

Fabulous B & B all round. Spacious, beautifully furnished bedroom with huge ensuite wetroom. Amazingly comfortable beds, huge fluffy towels and well-equipped drinks tray with little cakes on arrival. Hannah and her staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast excellent, lots of choices. Highly recommend this gem of a place.

Everything was excellent as per the website description. I travelled alone and was very anxious, but Hannah was so friendly I felt right at home. I had the twin room with wet room. The rainfall shower was hot and powerful. Everything was spotlessly clean. There was a delicious little piece of cake in my room on the tea tray. It was very quiet and tranquil. I had the continental breakfast, fresh fruit salad, yoghurt, cereal, toast, waffles all fresh and delicious. I travelled on to Sea Palling beach for the day which was also great. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be staying again.

The most amazing location for a wedding ours was a small do of 45 but easily can accommodate many more. Hannah our host couldn’t do enough for us, nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was superb 3 luxury rooms with 6 other rooms of equally good standard. Have stayed before as a B and B just as amazing. The best food. Couldn’t have asked for a better wedding venue. Thank you so much! We will be back!

Excellent in every respect! Friendly, great location, clean and luxurious. Best breakfasts too! Hannah and her team are attentive, efficient and give the best local tourist information should you need it. This was our third trip ( we stayed 5 days - it’s that good!) and won’t be our last.

Another fantastic stay at Dairybarns, our 3rd time and we will definitely be back, we stayed in the Barn Owls Retreat room and it is just lovely, Hannah always makes you feel so welcome and at home, breakfast in the barn is simply delicious, many thanks once again
