There was damage to the wall, it was coming apart at the seam and separated. The toilet seat was broken.
The breakfast was unexpectedly very good with a full variety to choose from, my daughter loved the waffle maker.

I made a reservation, and was given room #110. When I opened the door, it smelled like a sewer line had burst. Asked for another room and was given room #309. The front desk couldn’t give me a key for the room because the “system was down”. I arrived at 12:20 a.m. and waited an hour and half for the problem to be solved. It wasn’t. So if I wanted to leave and go back to the room, I had to ask the front desk.
When I told the front desk the next morning, they gave me a key no problem. Breakfast ends at 9:30. I came down at 9:10 and she tried to get me to go back to my room so they could fix my tv. Why?? So I could miss breakfast and watch tv for an hour? This place is bogus. No discount or refund given at check out. Was told “manager would be in touch”.

Staff was very friendly, the cleanliness of the facility was excellent. Very accommodating to me and my family and reasonably priced as well.

The staff is incredible, efficient and friendly. The breakfast is ample and very nice - lots of options. The rooms are very clean. My only complaint is with the occupants. I stayed for 12 days because of business. One weekend two rooms next to mine were occupied by are large number of partiers. They had a noisy party until late. The hotel has very secure doors, but because of this they make a lot of noise when they close and latch - add to think the loud outbursts from a bunch of drunks and it gets to be annoying. I chose to put on headphones the first night. The second night was a bit quieter because of their hangover conditions. Really obnoxious people. I would recommend choosing the top floor of the hotel and ask for a room as far away from the elevator as possible.
Once again - I find no fault with the hotel. It is a great value.

I’ve stayed at this hotel 3 times now and until this stay everything was great. Unfortunately they used a cleaning/air freshener product that has a very strong cheap cologne odor. It was overwhelming when we entered our room and opening the window did little to help (it was also very cold out). We asked the person at the front desk if we could switch rooms and he said it would cost extra to do so. Thankfully ******* helped with this issue and we were able to change to a room that did not have the strong smell. Other than this inconvenience, the hotel is conveniently located and seems to be well maintained.

Clean place. Extremely welcoming staff. Room was clean with a lot of space. Only cons I would say is shower water pressure wasn’t great and the elevator smelled funny. But those are small things in my opinion. Pros out way the cons here.

This was a stopover on my way home from visiting family. The staff member at checkout was friendly, but I basically had to ask her to turn off the speaker on her cell phone. Nobody else needs to hear the conversation between her and her mother. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was a step above the usual continental breakfast.

The room had a strong smell of cleaner that smelled like an overpowering men’s aftershave. It was a bit humid in the room as well.
