„We stayed in June and had a truly stellar experience. The reception staff were always friendly and helpful, quickly addressing our every need. All the necessary amenities were available both in the room and the lobby. Although the complementary breakfast is quite simple (buns etc.), it keeps you full for a long time, with tasty coffee or fresh juice for drinks. In terms of location, this is one of the best spots in Chatan, allowing you both to explore the island and chill at the seaside. The hotel is sandwiched between two comfortable beaches (one of them in the American Village) white sand and clear water, and it takes about 10 minutes to reach the main Okinawan highway on foot, where you can catch a bus to other parts of the island. We are immensely grateful to the staff for making this holiday unforgettable and wish the team every success in the future.”

„The location is great, right in the centre of the American Valley, 5 mins walk to the sunset beach. lots of cafe and restaurants around. They offer free Onsen. The breakfast is quite good. Staff are very friendly. Also got Limousine to the airport. Had a very lovely stay there.”

Jeśli przyjedziesz autobusem, hotel jest 15 minut spacerem od przystanku autobusowego Kadena US Base Entry. Mają darmowe pranie i maszyny do sprzedaży do żywności i napojów. Miałem miły pobyt, pokój był mały, ale czysty i miałem widoki na miasto i ocean.”

„The entrance of the hotel is very small, there is no reception hall, only a counter like a guard room, it is easy to miss him. The location is very close to Sunset Beach, just three minutes' walk away! TV is very big! There are double-door refrigerators, microwave ovens, wet and dry separation in the bathroom, and washing machines with separate washing and drying are the factors that I choose here. But the wooden floor is very dirty. Although there is a sweeping robot in the room, it is broken. The counter told us that there is no other robot that can be exchanged for us, because we are staying for an extended stay, so we can't stand it the next day and have to clean it by ourselves 😓 (the hotel does not provide it Free cleaning for continued stay) In addition, the quick-boiler is also broken, and the counter borrowed us the thermos in the hall on the first floor. They seem to be divided into two shifts, and the counter staff also serve as housekeeping. When we checked out, there was no one at the counter, so we had to hand over the key to a male employee of the hotel and inform the Trip customer service staff before leaving.”

„Absolutely loved this hotel! Booked the Japanese style room for a family of 4. Since we are only 2, and it was so spacious. There was also a proper dining table and washing machine. Many restaurants, supermarkets and convenience shops all around. For though that are looking for a more unique stay / non-traditional hotel, this is the place!”

„Booked an ocean view room (queen double) in the main building it was awesome. slept with the door open every night listening to the ocean. Bed was very comfortable, nice big room. Breakfast was very comprehensive. Loved the ability to check out the public baths and pools across the various group hotels.  Conveniently located in the heat of American Village. Grab a coffee from Zhyvago and go for a walk along the foreshore in either direction. ”

„The place is about 5min drive to the American Village. It's actually a long walk to the village even though the people tells u it's just near by. You can walk... If you are a Singaporean, double confirm chop, you should drive. Our walking distance for far and near is very very different from the Japanese and Koreans, or most other countries. Due to our efficient public transport system, we are spoilt. We don't really walk that much, so conserve your energy for exploration and shopping, not walking. 😄 This hotel has staff that speaks excellent English, a refreshing change after a few days in Okinawa. They provide a simple free breakfast and have a separate showroom and WC. The shower room is really tiny. But the overall stay is very comfortable. It's definitely worth a repeat booking.”

„It was a very nice stay! It’s very closed to the coastline, where you can have a nice walk, and see people with their cute pets, and staffs are very very nice. It’d take a bit of walking from the bus station. But it wasn’t much of a problem for me. In the room you’ll find everything you need including washing machine. The bed’s comfy, and I got to see a bit of the firework from American Village. And you can find very delicious Okinawa Soba on that street!”

„Powodem, dla którego wybraliśmy ten hotel, jest jego wyjątkowa wygoda i wspaniały widok. Byliśmy tu w zeszłym roku, ale w zeszłym roku było taniej. Byliśmy zaskoczeni, gdy dowiedzieliśmy się, że parking jest teraz płatny, co nie miało miejsca w zeszłym roku. Wydaje się, że to bardzo oszczędna decyzja z ich strony, biorąc pod uwagę, że hotel jest już dość drogi. Przygotujcie się też na to, że pokój nie będzie najnowszy ani najczystszy. Na ścianie wokół klimatyzatora była pleśń, a ściany wymagały odmalowania i naprawy w niektórych miejscach.”
