WIFI was totally down for the period of two days we lived. The front desk servicer, her name is Claudia, was bad service to answer my question when I asked for a help. She totally gave me the wrong instructions and told me the UPS store closed on Sunday because Monday ( Sep 1) will be a Holiday. As a fact, of course UPS open on Sunday. It looks like she didn't want to tell a truth to me and also did not want to help. When I mentioned may she help to call the related parties to figure out and give me a correct answer? She was very unhappy. As a result, I got no help from her. Very bad service and wrong information and she had NO smart way to do things. If she doesn't know things, please just tell truth, not give the wrong information to waste my time.
