Piękny, nowoczesny obiekt tuż przy plaży..oddzielony od plaży tylko promenadą..cukier puder na plaży 👍pyszny snack bar na plaży..wszystko zadbane i czyste..świetne łóżka! Pyszne drinki w hotelowym barze.. Niestety w sierpniu basen i leżaki były przepełnione.. Śniadania pyszne.. bardzo miła obsługa.. wrócimy👍
Nie testowaliśmy innych restauracji, które zostaną nadrobione. .

Wszystko było w porządku, z wyjątkiem tego, że hotel nie był w stanie wpłynąć na plac budowy za Grand Palais. Prace budowlane, które wywołały zamieszki, powinny rozpocząć się dopiero po godzinie 9:00, a nie wcześniej niż o 7:30.

Excellent hotel with good service, great flair located directly at the beach front. The hotel is modern and the rooms are furnished accordingly. The breakfast and the food in general is good. The spa area is well equipped and spacious enough, even if the hotel is fully booked.

Had a very comfortable stay here at the grand. The buffet breakfast was up with the best we have had around the world. Omelettes made to order, multiple freshly made juices, heaps of hot and cold choices. Also had a great club sandwich at the bar the evening before. Located right next to the beach, i am sure this place rocks during the summer.

Great hotel with nice staff and location but very unfriendly GM Carsten Willenbockel who approached us asking for our hotel credentials when coming back from the beach promenade. Our laid back style did not seem to meet this gentleman's (high) standards. Extremely rude, definitely not the kind of behavior one expects from the management of such a hotel. We will not be back.....

This first-class hotel is situated in a privileged location and offers almost everything you could wish for in terms of infrastructure. Nevertheless, we have to make some serious concessions in our rating. For the second time, our reservation (one week in an executive studio) was completely forgotten, without the management acting adequately. The second area with major shortcomings is the restaurant, which is not up to the standard of the hotel, neither in terms of the food nor the service. Excellent breakfast buffet, pleasant bar and beautiful pool area.

This is a fabulous hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, the room was amazing, and the location is unbeatable. We spent three nights here. I wouldn't say there's a huge amount to do in seebad heringsdorf, but if you're needing some chill time with some interesting historical context in the surrounding area, this is definitely worth a visit. We didn't have dinner here, but if the breakfast is anything to go by, you'd be in for a huge treat. We did sample the cocktails in the bar and they were fantastic. We absolutely loved our stay here.
