I needed to stay in Seguin one night for business. My room was clean, the bed comfortable. The property feels care worn, but it was a good value for the price.

The room was very clean. Bed nicely made. Hotel staff very friendly. The only problem I had was with the temperature of the water in the shower. I couldn't get it regulated. So I took ywo lovely bubble baths!!! We will be staying again.

The bulding and grounds are very old and need a lot of work inside and out and it wasthe worst breakfast I have ever eat in a motel.

Quiet, comfortable, clean room. Very courteous staff. Affordable, accessible to the highway and restaurants.
The tabletops were worn down and the hardware supporting the clothes rack was pulling out of the wall.
