One of the worst hotel we stayed. We have called and negotiated the room rates but they have increased the price when we are paying the bill. We have a doubt about the cleaning facilities as well there were crockcoches and spiders in the room. Pool was soo dull and color was dark green and can't even think for swim. No filters. No electricity at the power outage time. No soap and towel were in the room. Hot water machin in the bath room was down so we didn't have hot water for our children to wash. Foods, they were agreed a price but at the billing that also increased. As a conclusion our overall experiences at the hotel is very unsatisfied. Not recommended for anyone.
