It was good overall but the service can be better. I asked for an iron and ironing board and they never brought it to my room. I asked for wine glasses and they brought them twice within two hours. I asked for late checkout tiil 1pm but they declined.

We really love Gumaya Tower Hotel, everytime we visit Semarang we always stay here. The rooms are very clean, neat, spotless and very spacious… wonderful breakfast also.

The hotel is excellent. Location are in the middle of town. Easy to go everywhere. The cleanness of the hotel are excellent, the staff are good. The food for breakfast is quite good, not to packed during Fasting Month on Ramadhan, but the variety are limited as well.
