Coco Scuba Inn Semporna 2

I recently stayed at Coco Inn in Sabah and was disappointed by my experience. Despite the high rating on the internet, I found several issues with the hotel that made my stay less enjoyable. Regarding transportation, the hotel did not disclose on their website that there would be an additional cost of $30 to $50 RM for taking their boat to the main island of Semporna and they only provide free boat for check-in and check-out only. This lack of transparency was frustrating for me as a guest, as it meant that I had to unexpectedly pay more for transportation than I had planned. Additionally, the hotel's staff made loud noise in the morning within the resort, which disturbed my peaceful morning. Besides, there was a lot of garbage on the water which made us totally lost interest in using the water slide within the resort. As for communication, the hotel's contact information on their website was incorrect, which made it impossible for me to get in touch with them directly. This lack of communication created a sense of confusion and frustration, especially when I needed to make arrangements for transportation or ask questions about the hotel's amenities. Fortunately, I was able to get help from a local diving center, which helped me contact the hotel's owners privately. Besides, I left a message regarding some diving course and requests when I book the hotel which several months ago, but no reply from the hotel at all and I cannot even request a refund in this kind of messy situations. Finally, I was disappointed with the quality of the food provided at the hotel. Not only were the taste of the food was also subpar , but the portion sizes of the food was also inadequate. They would never refill even the sauce, biscuit and food are empty. As a result, I found myself looking for alternative dining options nearby, which was inconvenient and added to the overall cost of my stay. All in all, my experience at Coco Inn in Sabah was marred by these issues, and I would caution other potential guests to carefully consider these factors before booking their stay at this hotel.

第一次體驗水屋，滑梯直接到海里，非常有趣 服務：酒店安排非常到位，有任何問題都能幫你解決，預訂的兩個人包船浮潛，教練也很專業，會潛到海底，幫你把海底的魚趕上來 設施：一進房間，迫不及待體驗滑梯，一開始還擔心自己滑下去，會沉到海里，前台有救生衣，完全不用擔心。 免費晚餐:菜品很豐富，雞肉很嫩，螃蟹也很鮮，裏面還有蟹黃，蝦是怎麼都吃不夠的

老闆好像是中國人，先説酒店位置：距離鎮上碼頭坐船5分鐘，在碼頭直接可以看到水屋，因為離生活區很近，所以雖然可以直接下水，但是沒有人下水，周圍的垃圾比較多，生活用水直接排到海里。所以這一點體感還是比較差的。 再説到酒店的服務餐飲及性價比，酒店的餐飲能吃飽，早餐衹有炒河粉，由於酒店房間數量比較少，面積不大，所以可活動範圍不大。 接送的小船沒有頂，整體感覺就是小民宿。

關於這個入住有點無語，一千多訂的，兩個單人床明顯是兩個人啊，結果告知如果是兩個人入住還要加500，合計下來2000塊錢一晚，房間老是停電，空調還不好使，還不是帶網紅滑梯的那種房間，那為啥要給我推薦兩百馬幣的漂浮下午茶，因為下雨還有潛水行程沒法執行，也不能退，最後着急忙慌借用老闆娘房間拍個了照，一點也沒體驗感，但是潛水行程真的很滿意，潛水教練人也都好好，這次仙本那之行唯一的慰藉

十一黃金週去的房間都滿了，這個水屋呢離這個碼頭很近，可能開船也就不到十分鐘，相對於住遙遠的馬布島和卡帕萊島來説，它的這個便利性會更方便一些，如果住的太遠，那你就衹能在某個島上玩了。 酒店本身就有一個天然海水泳池，自己用網網起來裏面養了魚，然後2樓的風景也很漂亮，因為離鎮上很近，可以拍攝一些遠近結合的照片。

性價比高，對比同等價位的水屋環境算是ok的了，服務也很好，老闆會説中文，晚餐也有海鮮，整體體驗都很不錯哦，值得推薦，仙本那也太美了，還有會游泳的猴子🐒

房間古樸空間不大但是實用性還比較強，地板有些老舊了，發出吱呀的聲音，但是可以理解。空調強大，怕冷的家人需要一件衣服在室內。雖在海面之上，但是被褥卻沒有潮濕的感覺，這個對於睡眠要求高的人來説，還是很滿意的。對於潛客們而言，有個地方休息和洗漱就夠了，這裏絕對是首選。跳島遊樂趣之一就是大海上航行，碼頭上上下下對於孩子來説也很新鮮。隨時預訂第二天就出發，而且會有潛導跟着保證安全！餐食方面希望還能加強哦！謝謝Lina和Hemy😘
