One of the best Hotel Deal in Semporna town you can get. Location is very convenient for family travelers. Hotel is connected to a small so called town mall, where various fast food chains are just downstairs i.e. Starbucks (the only one in Semporna), KFC, Secret Recipe, 7 Eleven, Convenient Store.
With the right room, you can get a great view of the busy sea. DIY Laundry is a bit far though, would have to drive to do your own laundry.

Bilik yg luas dan bersih... Dekat dgn pekan and easy to buy food and there have various food and drinks, nearby have 7eleven, starbucks, tealive, pizza and there also have seafood restaurant 😍 Worth it.. will definitely stay again😊

Check-in at room 442 at late night.
Room are super smelly, I'm not able to fall sleep at all.
It wont help even w use sanitizer to spray.

Need to improve from A to Z, specially about the service room and the security. Staff need to alert about the CI & CO everyroom. Sorry to say but not recommended to those need 100% comfort.

Location : it's superb good location, it's attached with a shopping mall, convenient stores & Starbuck coffee is just next to the corridor of hotel, few steps to jetty for islands hopping, all the travel agencies in front of the jetty. This area very safe & peaceful heaven. Can enjoy a cup of coffee with nice sea view.
For foods hunting, famous restaurants might need walk to the town area, it's about 15mins. This area are crowded, some of them are selling fresh seafood. All ppl around you is friendly.
Room : the room is quite spacious, with half seaview, but wardrobe a bit old, bed is comfy, bathroom overall is clean.
Receptionist : They are all friendly & helpful staffs, like their smile even with mask on.

Booked room without breakfast. Overall rating 6/10. Ruangan bilik besar sesuai untuk family ada anak. Aircond tak berapa sejuk. Kemudahan lain seperti tempat makan untuk breakfast agak susah sikit since lokasi jauh sikit dari pekan (jalan kaki 10min/grab/maxim). Fastfood Pizzahut KFC Tealive Starbucks 7Eleven dan mini market sangat berdekatan attached with same building cuma waktu operasi 9 pagi ke atas. Jetty berdekatan Jetty Seafest (depan hotel) so if nak island hopping just request je dengan agent untuk pick up di Jettt Seafest.
