Location is okay. Very strategic.
But the cleanliness need to improve.

Nice budget hotel. The rooms are as displayed on the pictures. Checked us in earlier than the time mentioned on the booking page, which is nice. Hot and cold water cooler is in the corridor, which is very convenient. Nearby there are KFC, some local cheap restaurants and station where you can get on a minibus or a taxi to Tawau airport.
The Semporna port from where you go island hopping is just 10-15 minutes walk. Recommend this hotel.

위치도 좋고 방도 괜찮은데 문제는..너무 시끄러움..그리고 몇시간 동안 정전됐음..결국 이틀묵고 다른 호텔로 옮겼네요^^
