It was a nice place to stay. I was staying there after surgery. The location, the staff, but it was hard to get extra pillows, and I couldn't switch the heat to ac. Also, I woke up with a few bug bites.
I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. I wish there was a sauna or hot tub... or both.

This hotel location of the store is very convenient ✨ the waiters are very friendly and speak fluent English🩷I especially praised the staff who clean the room for being very polit🥰 The room is very tidy✨🌸

Convenient location in Gangnam, except had to walk a few minutes to the subway station. Room condition and services were great. Nice if you are looking for somewhere clean and cozy to stay.

The lobby was cozy and spacious.
And the location was excellent. You can enjoy the restaurants at Centerfield near the hotel.

nice hotel with a decent room size. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the next metro station though.

Although you have to walk around 8-10 minutes to 역삼역/선릉역, overall the location is pretty good if you want to travel in 강남. The staffs are all very friendly and helpful. Room is also decent and cozy. Also, there is airport bus 6703 on the opposite side, which is very convenient!

The location of the hotel is good for my daily business activities. I can go to the meeting places easily. The front desk staff can accommodate what I need with a pleasant attitude.
I will book this hotel again on my next trip.

Hotel is nice, good location opposite small street with lots of restaurants and coffee shop. 20min walk to the main shopping street. Nice facilities and clean. Will stay again!
