This hotel is located in a convenient area, close enough to a few tourist spots as well as a shopping area. The staff were polite and check-in was an easy process, though they do request either a debit or credit card information as a . (They don't take cash). The room was small (even for a twin room), but was clean enough. The only issue I had was that on the first night there, the towels in my room were dirty and I had to call the front desk to replace them. They apologized and brought clean ones afterwards, but still it was a bit disappointing.
Breakfast was a mixture or western and eastern food, but not a lot of variety. Anyways, the overall stay was a 7/10 for me.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good english.
Large construction next door so noisy during day.not hotels fault.
Nice and close to markets and shopping areas.
Would stay again.

The hotel is clean and not far away from Meyoung Dong street and Subway station. But the problem is communication with staff. I asked for documentations about show guest list after gave them details never got it. Lucky korea immigration people didn't ask about. When we ask any questions never get clear answer. Breakfast is not good, cold and terrible taste. Chef table is never smile.

although room was a bit small, it was good for a solo traveller like me. breakfast was good. location was good as well as it is walking distance to the Myeongdong Shopping District and 5min walk from the Airport Bus stop. rooftop bar had a perfect view of the Namsan Tower.

A very good hotel suitable for traveling alone ,There is a housekeeper to clean every day and providing 2 small bottles of water per day.
From the entrance of Gate 7 Myeongdong Market about 600 meters, while the entrance to Gate 10 about 300 meters, but Gate 7 is a further walk there is an escalator up and down and the airport bus entry point from the hotel about 300 meters .
Good for my stay ,The bed was very comfortable.The bathroom is separated wet zones and dry zones. good a Japanese-style toilet .See you next time.

Though a bit of walking distance from myeongdong station, the hotel room is clean and service is good. A bit noisy though because there is construction going on beside the hotel location.
